New driveshafts, then ldecided to level the front to match the 30mm rear spacer. Now sits at 1/4 rake (with dual tanks full) instead of 1" rake. Caster and camber reset to spec and it drives great. Snorkel for the sand ,heat, and dust next??

Installed a pair of Road Safe front recovery points from Marks4wd in Aussieland. These fit like a glove in the ARB bumper mounts. I previously had a set of shackle mounts (similar to the trail tailor) and while they worked when the 100 was stock, they did not hang down far enough with the ARB bumper brackets to install a shackle.

I then gave the living components a once over before we head to the Rockies.

...and yes, I need to spray the driveway
I have these same recovery points on the rear. I purchased them from The 4WD Shed in Australia. They’re stout, but just an FYI to anyone considering them, they are made in Taiwan. I didn’t realize that until I received them and read the fine print.

Quality looks awesome! Is there still like a massive wait to get one? I tried to get one several times but turned away by the months and months of wait.

Dang! No, I didn’t. They’re currently running 50% off international shipping, which saves a lot. Not sure if they’d do both discounts in conjunction.
I would give Leonard a call or email. I think he would probably adjust that for you, if I were to guess.

Starting prep to raptor line my truck, removed roof rack last night. Going to start sanding this evening and patch a fender hole. going with Mesa grey…oh and I ordered an airaid intake, my stock intake muffler thing is falling apart with only one mounting tab in tact.

At this point I’m not sure the old fender is worth the time and effort and will probably just replace it. Rot is too bad toward the bottom rocker portion.

thanks for the info! do they line up with the rear seats once folded down? wish they list the external dimension for the box, i know the dead space between the wheel arch plastic to plastic is 42", which i made my custom box upon. I'm lazy now and jsut want to buy

Edit, i found the specs. exterior box dimension is 40x40 basically, and weighs 176lbs
I think they're pretty heavy personally. I also think there's quite a bit of dead space inside. The latching mechanism is enclosed in the front of the drawers, and takes up a couple inches of space. My biggest issue so far though is that they squeak like crazy. I need to pull them apart and see if the hardware has come loose inside. I'm a year in, and I like being able to pile tools and crap in there, but I almost wish I had just built my own. It's a pain in the ass to remove them too.

I got my LX back after having sliders put on (easy job I know, but I have zero space or time to do it) only for my better half to declare that they’re not low enough to make it any easier for her to get in an out.
So if you or your partner is under 5’1” maybe reconsider removing the factory running boards.

Did you do a post on the catch can
Not a proper one, all I did was order an air/oil seperator off ebay for $15. Similar to the jegs one if that's avaliable for you. I tested the flow by breathing through it and it didn't seem to obstruct flow by much at all lol, I guess it would be better to put steel or copper mesh inside the canister to increase surface area for the oil to get trapped in but the original brass looking filter does it alright

Thanks I'll do a little digging

I noticed this, made my own out of some really heavy right angle from the 60s, had BHP Australia stamped on it, cut and drilled them to suit the chassis.

Handbrake job was fairly simple. Biggest pain is that offset pin that you've gotta hold with your 3rd hand to get the spring and retainer on.

This kit I got didn't have any new springs, and one fell out last time I changed rotors

Found a spring close enough, cut it off and it just works.

Previous owner tried to fit rims with a smaller center bore, apparently this was easier than measuring
