I’ve had to delay my MC slider install, as we’re in the process of moving, but I hope to get it done sometime in Feb. Interested to see how yours goes.

I'm confused, your diff busted? Or are you just replacing fluid?
It’s slowly in the process of eating itself. There were larger metal shards in the gear oil. It’s rather astonishing that it moves under its own piwer

I am going to start a build thread finally... I’ve mostly been making it road worthy imho since I picked it up. Should have started one from the beginning. I’ll be installing the MC sliders, the 4X4Labs labs rear bumper, and with the addition of the Jerry cans will need to order swing outs as I initially didn’t include that with the order. Flame suit on....doing this with a 12 yr old HF welder lol. If it goes sideways I can pay a visit to my brother in law who has a nice Miller rig.

What are marlin sliders?? First I’ve ever heard of this option

Finally replaced the sub, mounted/ran backup camera for Dissent bumper and wired back up lights.

Anyone know how the hell to get this thing to thread on the back driver side panel? I had to unscrew it to get it out. Didn't hear anything fall when doing so. For the life of me I can't get it to thread or hit anything when I'm trying to put it back together.

Can you shine a flashlight in the hole to see if you can find the threads? If you don’t see anything maybe there was a captive attachment that fell off?

@abuck99 The marlin set is cool because you can choose your own adventure. You could weld directly to the frame or have a shop build plates and gather up the hardware to make them bolt on.
