What did you use for “thread” this time?Repaired busted seam in front seat. A small tear was repaired about a year ago with fish hook and fishing line (not recommended technique). Once this failed about 2 weeks ago the seam unraveled further.

Name brand needles hoping they would be stronger than no name.
These break if you try bending them to change the curve.

Use the large needle to slightly stretch the existing hole in the leather if it is too small. The needle will find the hole more easily especially when
coming up from underneath.
Start with a length of thread (waxed leather stitching material) 3-4 times the length of the repair.

Not especially pretty but for a couple hours work while quarantined and less than $15 in materials it will do the job.
Recently torn section and previously repaired section did not stitch consistently.
