Ditto. And kudos for running the rotary on it, too! Was this your first paint correction at all or just on the 100?

First time paint correction and first time using power tools on any paint job. I figured even if I screwed up a couple of spots it would still look better than the mess I started with. Haha. The oxidation was driving me insane. I had a 2015 minivan off the showroom floor that I kept for 4 years and sold it for my first LC. I’m pretty picky about keeping it detailed so I get to do all of our vehicles

Thanks! Mine looked so bad too that's why I did them. I couldn't get rid of all the deep scuff marks but they look 100% better than before. Not too hard to do too. Here's what I used:

Truck bed liner will hide some of that as well if you like the look. Can probably find it in white as well

Received front diff from gearinstalls for TJM airlocker install and put it back in the cruiser.

Boards off, flaps on. Left the wheels on for additional level of difficulty. Ha. Not bad, just two blind screws each side.

Are those OEM Toyota flaps? Part numbers available by chance?

Nice looking rig there! Those are 295/70/18, correct? Thinking of upgrading before end of year to that size and considering the STT Maxx or ST Pro. Very curious on your feedback regarding the Pros.

I corrected my speedometer after installing the 255/75r16's. I bought this TruSpeed 10+ years ago for my Wrangler but never used it. Install was straight forward on the 100 and it was easy enough to dial in from the driver seat

Well I started my paint correction until the Florida weather hit. I managed to get about halfway done. This is my first attempt so there are some scratches left but my main goal was to make the paint shine again. I’m not aiming for perfection as there are a bunch of rock chips, a good dent on the passenger side thanks to the previous owner and the trim needs to be completely repainted. There isn’t any wax on it yet but it is SOO much shinier. Now my husband wants me to polish some scratches on his ‘17 tundra I guess I owe him since the last time I drove it some crazy lady took a shopping cart down 3/4 of the drivers side at the grocery store

Two items to note: 1 be really careful with a rotary around the edges of panels and sharp creases as you can burn through the paint. 2 the white on the hundred is a single stage paint (no clear coat) so be careful not to take too much off as you can burn through to the primer if you do. It is best to just leave most of the deeper scratches because of this. Ha ha one of the previous owners of my car got a little over zealous and there is now both of the aforementioned issues with my paint.

Permanently mounted the microphone for the stereo system and fixed my broken power outlets. Drove it to work and back. Nothing too exciting

This is the only pic I got but installed upper and lower ball joints, both CV shafts and changed the front diff oil. Couldn't have been possible without Evan at Pro Care Auto in St. George UT. those guys are THE Toyota shop here in SW Utah.

Thanks, man! Yeah, they're 295/70/18's. Pretty big jump from my old 275/70/18's. After taking care of the rubbing issue, I can keep the AHC in N (sensor lifted) and drive around without issue. I did some hard braking and turning, and getting a very light rub on the edge of my front bumper. Easy fix.

I only have about 150mi. On them, but really like them. Not too noisy, just a faint humm. I was looking at the ST MAXX, but with my rig being a weekend driver, I went with the PROS. The size and tread look really good on the 100.
