did the heater T's. This is what they look like at 280k. the one closest to driver side broke while I was removing the clips. Both T's were shot. Put the whole thing back together in 10 minutes. started the truck, and s***. both T's were leaking. went to auto zone and bought new clamps... all good.

Note in the 3rd pic the yoga mat and the high tech hood holder upper/ LAX stick. add hood struts to the to do list.

I powder coated my wheels and had 285/70-16 BFG K02's mounted up. I put two cranks on the Torsion bars, new 30mm spacers coming next week. Looks so much better with tires that fit the wheel openings.

I want those wheels! cost to powder coat?

That's a two coat (Grey metallic 09/80340 from Tiger Drylac, then clear). The base color is actually an interior only color but with polyester clear over it the durability is good. I have had that combo on wheels for a couple of years now and it is holding up perfect. My shop charges $40/wheel for blasting and coating a single stage stock color, and $50/wheel for base color and clear. So these are $50 each. I would be happy to coat wheels or you can use that part number at your favorite local place. The base color needs to be cured to about 60-70% to assure good bond between the two but not mess up the "chrome" look of the base color.

So I would have to unmount my four tires for powder coating? Would a powder coating shop usually take the tires off, refinish the wheels, and then remount the tires? Just working through the logistics.

You might find one, but I kinda doubt it. We do not because of the lack of time and space for a tire machine and a balance machine, and the whole warranty/liability problem. I took mine off the night before, dropped them off with my truck outside the door of the tire place at 6 a.m.,picked up the wheels at 8:30, had them back to the tire store by noon, picked them up at the end of my day. I know it is a pain, but having a vehicle spare/beg/borrow works best.

Scored FJ40, FJ60, FZJ80 for my other trucks but Michigan wont let me choose UZJ100 because it is the same number/letter system as the regular plates. Had to improvise. And washed it.

Wow that looks so good I don't even mind to drive out there 4 hours to have you do my wheels!

As soon as I get a spare set of wheels to mount some AT tires, I will be contacting you sir. I love the color you chose, I'd do mine exactly like that!

Triple locked 80 on 35s didnt make it either, but it did not break :)
Rubicon JKU with 37s did, easily! :)
I hope you guys subscribed and enjoying the videos :)

Kindly share with friends ;)
Yeah that spot is all about clearance and tires. Looks like anything smaller than 37 you're just not gonna make that.

He did drive home in front wheel drive as he did not have the u-joint spare part with him.
Fun trip, learned a lot! :)
