Made some receiver mounts for my Gamiviti rack to attach my new ARB awning and new ARB deluxe awning room. Nevermind the burrs...

Sounds like my old M5. I've found exhaust notes to be a very personal - and often polarizing- choice. Considering how I use my rig, I'll be sticking with the stock can. I like stealthy. But nice to know what these sound like uncorked.

Was looking at these vs the TC arms... is about 1.5 degrees max caster normally what people get with the Nitro's?

Any wandering/darting/pulling at hwy speeds?

All those issues i had prior to the nitro's. They seem to have corrected those issues and more for me. I didn't buy the extended icons that give you an extra inch or so of downtravel....yet, but i have a drop off at the end of my driveway i always seem to bottom out on. It doesn't do that anymore, nice and smooth. I'll know more when i get her back off road.

I have the SPC ucas and there is a star nut on the ball joint which is adjustable for castor vs using the cams. your style does not appear to be the same but I would look into instructions to see if there is a caster adjustment on ball joint. good luck!

Yeah the SPC's were the other option, but i didnt go with them specifically for that reason. May have been a mistake.

Ill have to email JT's and see what they say.

Finally replaced the stock Nakamichi radio for an Android radio. Used the $28 DKMUS trim kit from Amazon with the stock radio brackets. No crazy grinding, gluing, or taping to get anything to fit...literally sandwiched it between the radio and the center trim and that's it. Very happy with how it turned out. Huge improvement sound-wise as well...just wish I had steering wheel controls.

Nice fit! How responsive are those China Android head units? The Android Auto on my Pioneer is still pretty limited so I'm considering a change.

Im running one of the Chinese Android units and it super responsive it is quicker than the Kenwood in my 80 I like it alot.

I ordered the same $28 trim kit from amazon but haven't installed the replacement system yet. Still need to select door speakers. I have the deck and amp already.

trim kit looks nice!!

I have an old 2012 Pioneer touchscreen in my other car and my wife has an OEM touchscreen in her 2015 Subaru. This Android unit is leaps and bounds better than both in terms of responsiveness. Probably not a fair comparison as I haven't tried out any of the new head units by Pioneer, Kenwood, etc. Simply put, it feels like a fast Android tablet. It's hit or miss with these Chinese Android radios though you get better results if you go for one of the Intel quad core units with at least 2GB of RAM.

Post up your findings. I need uca's and caught up between nitro and spc.

Thanks

Just got my SPC's and broke them in on several trails in Colorado these past 2wks, no complaints here

Ran to Fort Collins to be Santa to a few customers.

@mervo won the first annual customer loyalty raffle and received a 3" TourFlex system for his 80.

Took the kids out and fished a bit and hiked Devil's Backbone in Loveland. Hailey wanted to hit Kelly Flats for a little wheeling, but the weather was crap. She is my little wheeler and Will is my future fab partner.

very close, one can change where the garage door stops by moving the cut off switch closer to the garage door motor. Mine can be adjusted by loosening the set screw. Let me know if yours has that adjustment.

Hard to see in that photo, but unfortunately its about to hit the header not the actual garage door. There is only one solution to this! New roof rack! :D
