A lady decided to make a turn left while I was going thru my green light on my wife's 100 Series.
I was driving with my wife and kids in the truck.
Nobody got hurt but the truck took the impact on the driver's side tire which caused it to bent the frame.
It's all good, the whole family is very excited to receive a 2000 100 Series that is coming next week.
After the accident my wife's only request was to find a land cruiser and nothing else.
I have a cruiserhead wife!!!!

dang AJ, that sucks, glad everyone is ok. I live in Austin as well, we have the worst drivers in the world.

Drove about 400 miles today to Golden, CO. Going to drop off the truck in the morning at Slee's for an ahc removal to ome lift.

Organized the chaos that was the rear cargo area

headlight restoration. Paid a guy 60 bucks to do it. took 20 minutes and he applied new clear as well. 2 year warranty, and lens look 100 times better.

Pulled my LabRak floor mounts to put the rear back to stock since it's going on the market.
Putting my custom 3 piece carpet in, cleaning things up a bit, still have to reinstall floor mats, seats and belts then give it a scrub.

If only they offered one with beige leather and brown wood like in my 2003 LX470...I'd buy one in a heartbeat because the wood and leather are wearing out on mine.

Slee finished my medium ome lift today. I can't express how satisfied I was with the experience.
Discount tires installed the 285/75 16 ko2s, from 265/70 16s.

Feels solid now. Need to dial in the optimal psi for the tires now.

Sorry, I didn't clarify. I like the molded leather grips but I haven't been able to find one in the colors I need sadly.

Yeah, I agree. Will likely be the next project.

If you could do a badass side exit through one of those spiffy swingout bumpers all you mudders are gettting, that would be pretty rad...

That would require taking a holesaw to a beautifully fabricated piece of metal though! I'll likely have the resonator cut out, then heighten the pipe with a turndown to come out just below the bottom lip of the bumper.

I'm getting my dissent next week and I can hardly contain my self....

On another topic, that rear cross member looks flimsy doesn't it?!? I guess you just need structure in that area, not strength.

Looks good but that would get ripped off on mine. I've already smashed the bottom of my resonator and have dragged hard on the bumper/cross member. I want something tucked away under the bumper.
