Strange, when refurbed my sway bars I saw different P/Ns for the D bushings, stating they were different diameters. Maybe it's only the rear bar. I can dig a little deeper when I get home.

You are correct that the rear is different

Rear swaybar

48805-60060 (Same # 99-07)
48805-60090 W(ACTIVE HEIGHT CONTROL)

Looks like using a non AHC rear swaybar on an AHC vehicle could benefit a heavy loaded AHC vehicle.:hmm:

Why is your rear drive line in backwards?
That was the way it was when I started. My old Ford truck was the opposite direction. After a quick look around mud it looks correct. See the picture and sheet from a manual.

^^^ orientation depends on transmission.... according to FSM. Whether it really matters, I don't think so.

I wished I had stitched this guy from Wheelskins on sooner.

Feels so much better than before...

Scored the basic "Oak" color on Amazon prime for under 50 bucks a while back.

Now and before...

I swapped mine around so the grease points on the front and rear are closer together- (less crawlin' under the truck) also keeps the rear slip joint out of the mud-sand-etc.

I don't think it has any impact one way or the other which way you orient them. Driveline shop confirmed this.

New 285/75/16 BFG AT's a month ago.
Wash, clay bar and waxed 2 weeks ago. Still need to fix the emblem that fell off. Was going to remove them completely but it pulled some paint off and is what triggered the clay bar.
Replaced the antenna mast and with a little force and alot of PB blast got the sunroof to open and work again this weekend.
Mud flap eliminators came in the mail today.
A quick oil change and we will be ready to hit the slopes again this weekend for closing weekend.

Bought it!!!! After a year of lurking and research finally in a 100.

Stopped at Difara pizza on the way home, if you're ever in Brooklyn go there!

I flattened out the pinch weld, and put on my 285/75/18 Nitto G2's on tonight. Process of flattening the pinch weld was easy. I took off the splash guard, drimmeled the pinch weld in four places. I used vice grips to bend each section of the weld that I drimeled. I then hammered them down. I cleaned up the area, primered and painted the area. After three coats, I put the splash guard back on. To flatten the splash guard down where the pinch weld use to be, I used a hot gun and flattened it out with my hand (with a glove on of course). I didn't need to do it, but I punched a hole at the bottom of the splash guard and zip tied it down. I love this tire size!!
