Yeah, but should settle in well once armored. Can always go bigger....Tires look small.....Wow.
@reevesci Whenever you have these available I will definitely jump on them, I'm in need of some new links now that I lifted my truck. Out of curiosity, what would be the differences between OEM extended and aftermarket extended?
will do.Nice! Do post up a review
Finally got around to finishing up some old projects. Wiring of the rear aux distro block. Took care of some current 12v needs and made provisions for future growth. Tucked it all underneath the ARB drawer side wing away from all sorts of possible easy interference. Since everything was off, decided to give sound deadening a try...just one of those things I guess. Focused mainly on the wheel well to combat those death valley washboards. Also upgraded my gauge lights with some warm white LED's....Sure brings some life back into the dark "Cockpit"
IMHO, I'd probably go ~1.5" extension. 2" lift at the wheels doesn't equate to 2" lift at the swaybar.... as the swaybar link is inboard of the wheels/ball joint.Received some sway bar links from @abuck99. I will extend these 2" with HD DOM tube.
I will be offering these in OEM extended and aftermarket extended versions SOON.

Was like $7 for the DOM tube and about an hour of my time including paint. I used aftermarket links. Not weld porn, but these were for testing the length. They worked so I well I haven't made nice ones to replace them. I whipped up a pair for the rear also. Way cheaper than buying.
Was it worth your time, do you notice anything different?
Same overall shape and links, but IIRC different diameter bars. Only thing that would be required to retrofit a LC bar on a LX is the LC bar and D bushings.Does a LC and LX use the same sway bars?

Strange, when refurbed my sway bars I saw different P/Ns for the D bushings, stating they were different diameters. Maybe it's only the rear bar. I can dig a little deeper when I get home.My parts catalog shows a #48811-60180 swaybar the same for a 2006 LC and LX with no notes for AHC on the LC![]()
