I ordered a set of bumperettes from them and I think
I got my seat belts from them. I had no
issues and the items were in fine shape.

I won a used header from them a couple of years ago. About 60 bucks plus shipping I think. It was described as all-most new, hardly used.
I sent the postal money order within 4 days. After 2 weeks I had not heard from them or received my merchandise. I sent 4 e-mails with no response. They offered no phone number or mailing address other than a P.O. box.
Finally had to use the e-bay process to file a claim.
After the about 6th or 7th week, A shoddy, torn up package arrived with a rusty header that some one had shot with some silver cheap ass paint on one side only. (the side that was in the picture). The back side was also rusted all to hell and had no paint applied.
Talk about pissed!
After a few more weeks of complaining and having received no contact, I left neutral feed back, stating the problems. I never received any feed back for my problems or my prompt payment.
Well , on the last day at the last hour , they left me a very derogatory, dishonest and inflammatory negative feedback, which I could not dispute due to time lapse constrictions.
I would recommend in using some of the other established vendors and staying far away from these crooks.
I have also read other posts with dissatisfied results from their selling practices.
I am sure others will post up.

Absolutely awful experience, one of my worst on ebay.
They listed an FJ40 dash pad as being in "perfect" condition. Perfect implies just that: flawless. it isn't like "excellent" or "good" that's open to interpretation.
When it arrived you could see where the cracks had been filled with bondo and then spray painted flat black. Obviously no grain in those areas, and the paint and bondo had already started to flake off.
They claimed it was in perfect condition when it was shipped and blamed FedEx. (Like FedEx unwrapped it and substituted a different dash pad.) They filed a shipping claim with FedEX and I was reimbursed only after they had been paid by FedEx.
During the whole process they were very slow to respond to emails.
When someone makes an honest mistake they deserve a second chance. These people were blatantly and intentionally fraudulent throughout the whole episode.
I absolutely will not buy anything from them, nor will I recommend them to anyone.

We'll see. I've had some good reports and some not so good reports. Currently I've got a bid in on Ebay for one of their items.

my experience was bad but then it was resolved when their internet salesmen was replaced by someone else. i do believe that their service has been dramatically upgraded in the past year or so which is why you will hear stories of people who bought things several years ago and had a bad experience. Give them a call if you have doubts... they answer their phones at least from my experience

I have never purchased anything from them, so my experience may be a moot point. They are local to me and when I came across them I had no idea who they were. Just driving down the road and see a couple FJ's and a BJ sitting outside a nondescript building. Poked my head in and met the owner, one of the nicest guys you will meet. Spent over an hour just showing me their stuff and talking about cruisers (this was on a sunday no less). They seems to be real enthusiasts as he had his personal resto project inside that was close to completion. They have a cruiser grave yard out back with probably 15 different ones.
Again, never purchased anything from them, so as far all I know they could be sleezy ebay part slingers but that would certainly surprise me. For the owner to take an hour out of this Sunday afternoon to show around a complete stranger just because he was an enthusiast says something.

I just bought a couple things from them and they were shipped fast and as advertised.
On one item I was putting on I broke a clip, no fault of there’s just me being an egg head. I called mike up and asked if I could buy a replacement. No, but he would send a few out to me free in case I broke another one.
Maybe I was just lucky but I would buy from them again.

I bought several items from them, and had good results with everything I ordered. Everything came as described, within a reasonable timeframe, and without any issues. In fact, I had asked a question on a bid, and after finding the answer here on IH8MUD, I placed my bid (and won)... A short while later, they followed up to me on the question, asking if I still wanted to know the answer, even though the auction was over (they sisn't realize I was the one who won the bid)...
Seem like decent folks, but I do wish that they had their own website I could go to, instead of eBay.

I just ordered their winshield washer kit and I would not recommend it to anyone. I don't know anything about the stock setup, but the one they sell MAYBE holds a liter of fluid. I live in the Mountains of Colorado and I would go through that bottle every couple of days in the winter time. It is also chinese crap and I had my doubts that the pump would hold up.
I expected more for the $40+ I spent on it. I sent it back even with the restocking fee.
I will be making a trip to the local junk yard to find an OEM unit from another vehicle that will suit my needs better.

I bought some FJ40 parts from them and one set shockabsorbers Skyjacker with a steering shock/damper....total around USD 700.00.
But I only received 3 parts of them, which is shift knob, antenna, and 4wd shift knob.
I have sent many emails to them.
Last time..around February 2010, I received their email, they asked me to send another USD 200.00 more for shipping cost through Paypal.
And I also sent the money through Paypal.
They told me that they are waiting for the money, until they received it.
As I know, when I send money through Paypal...everyone can claim the money at their bank on the same time.
I contacted them many times, and no reply at all.
But until today 10th April 2010, I have received no items at all.
Total amount that I paid include shipping cost, almost USD 1,000.00.
I really disappointed with Dentdepot.com...
I will not recommend this seller to anyone in Indonesia or around the world.
I really need someone to help me to contact Dentdepot.com.
I have all proof of transactions and Paypal proof of transactions.
Perhaps...anybody would like to help me.
