Finally installed new rear rotors, pads and calipers. The original calipers looked like someone took a sledgehammer to the piston.

While I was doing the brake job, the wife polished the wheels (so to speak). She's a trooper since she's 6 months pregnant.

Then, finally gave her a bath (the truck...not the wife)

While everyone is ogling your wife, I was wondering why you have a huge bag of "ASS INSULATION" under the wheel of your truck........

Fixed the high beam left light. Tuned it to pass inspections. Tightened the pass. side wiper. And also loaded it with 12 40" led tvs.

Fixing the headlight assembly & A/C lines. Bumper took out the A/C lines. Time to move the drier while the lines are severed. Daughter had an off-road incident.

Thanks to genericLC for the headlight assembly

Changed the front, rear, and the parking brake shoes. Used 100 series pads for the front. All parts OEM. Had to have the rear rotors turned. No problems stopping now.

I did too little. After finally fixing my long broken passenger seat gears, my driver's seat suddenly has an issue not 2 weeks later. I find the white cap on the floor, luckily, and putting it back on/in helps. But it keeps popping out so I need to glue or somehow get it to stay in.

I did replace brake, tail, and blinker lights with LED's. Not thrilled with it since they didn't get much brighter and the blinker is now a pale orange yellow rather than deeper amber - but hey it all runs cooler now I suppose. I actually think the LED license plate lights has a nice affect, and I really like the PFRAN 7W reverse lights.

Otherwise, drove it to work on Friday, to get beer and pizza on Saturday, and took the family to the pool on Sunday. Light duty.

I had this happen. Find an appropriately sized washer that will fit into the Philips slot then put a zip tie through it and secure it u to position. So far it has worked for me (sans glue).

Went for a nice little Sunday drive :)

then when I got home removed the offending baffle in the main fuel tank that was catching on the sender, only had one mount holding it in and was flopping around all over the place

The best model, in the best year with the best color :flipoff2:

That model, color, and year came with free overheating and disposable HG correct?!

edit: forgot the :flipoff2:

I took pictures of everyone wheeling on Mt. Ord, AZ. Beautiful day for LC's!

What's the point in the mirror up on the hood/fender?

imo, one cannot have enough mirrors. Encased within its protective shell is a curved lens allowing for a broader scope of vision beyond the opposite angle of a flat mirror; very effective when maneuvering through tight canyons and going over difficult terrain whereby you need to forge beyond the most obstinate of obstacles...but I use it mainly as a hanger when my socks are wet.

Washed it, then a fluff and buff with 3M mirror glaze and Zymol wax. I don't have a machine so this was a classic hand job. There were a couple spots I had to work really hard on. I was trying to rub one out and I felt like it was taking forever. I almost didn't have the stamina to go on, but I really went to town and made it happen. Very satisfying. And when my wife got home she was very impressed at how shiny it is now.
