You get more points if you let the Rubicon remove them for you:D

You're talking about the trail, right? Last summer I was chatting about 4WDs with my neighbor, and he said he was thinking about the Rubicon. I replied that I'd love to run it one of these days. About a month ago I saw a new red Jeep in his driveway.

Looks awesome, man! I need to come wheeling down your way. Have you ever done Mt. Antero?

I haven't done that in my 80 yet, but did it in my old jeep and a 4 wheeler. There are some fun trails up in that area. Grizzly Lake is a fun trail too.

Let me know if you are out this way. Have a couple friends with 80's here in BV too.

Yeah, man! I just need to do my front axle service, and then it's on! -- Mike

What did I do... I finally signed up to mud! My old girl turned 320,000 kms and just started the fix on this, that happened while driving to work

I guess this is why they say if you want something done right, do it yourself :wrench:

Extended weekend.
I used some washers to get the DS headlight to point down a little more. I think I maxed out the low beam vertical adjustment and it still points up, more than I would like. The washers were used on the top two bolts in order to have the entire headlamp tilted a few degrees forward/down.

Temporary fix till I get my hands on some Depo's.

The best choice ever made for this country.

Thank you, 120mm. I think it needs some armoring to look more serious. But, I like all 80s for their beefy look, as is.

I like running my stock 80 and seeing just how much she can handle. While other "built" trucks get stuck. :)

I see your point. If I were to wish for one mod that I would love to have (reasonably priced), it would be portal axles. Oh....and sliders. I could forego other armoring to keep it light.
