They're the Treadwright Guard Dogs - 315/75/16 load range E

For under $200 a tire, they are usually what I go with. I haven't had any negative issues with them, but a lot of people are pretty wary since they are retreads.

Thanks! I was in the boat to re center HMMWV to run cheap 37's and this seems like a better idea to me.

No prob! Just be prepared to wait a week or 2. They seem to have a tough time keeping the 315/75/16's in stock.

Finally got a chance to take my 80 to Gary @ Mudrak to change out my valve cover gasket and work on my rear passenger door electrical.....Another great work done by Mudrak!

Are you SURE you want these guys doing your work? Are you SURE they've worked on Land Cruisers before?:flipoff2::flipoff2::flipoff2:

This is a snap or a POp certainly not a clunk or a thunk. I can't get it to do it while stationary. It happens when articulating or holding a turn and hitting a bump mid turn. I thought it was one of the tie rods but now I'm wondering if it is the Panhard or a spring.

Cracked frame near the steering box or panhard mount?

That's the way it was on my friend's truck. I swore it was a spring not seated or a shock that was a problem. He could not produce a distinct pattern to make it happen. The bolts in his radius arms were tight, just not torqued high enough to spec. After he torqued them to spec, the noise is gone. But it was a LOUD pop or BANG that sounded like something was trying to break.

Two or three weeks ago... Ohio to Arizona and back for Overland Expowest 2015.
Drove the "Albino Rhino" the entire time with no problems. 5,525 miles.
