I had the MB blingy wheels removed and the OEM steel wheels installed, replaced a damaged mud flap and installed one of Musthaves's cupholders, then took the rig for a spin. Tomorrow new seat covers and more interior detailing.

Pressed the LX into service for moving. Quite exciting.

Started chasing down the P0401 code I have had for the last year. My EGR modulator seems to be shot. Also checked out the O2 harness as I have picked up codes. No apparent damage so I ordered up a new O2 sensor and modulator. Maybe I will get this thing error code free before Christmas!

put a wreath on it..

Removed my factory roof rack. 6 rain gutter mounts on the way in the mail. Just need to figure out what kind of load bars I need.

New Seats for the front installed and tested - waiting for the Toyota Twill fabric to come in to recover them and the rears.... very impressed with the mounts and the support - they are Corbeau GTS's...... I was going to do Sparco Milano's but they discontinued and I missed out on the last set.... the suede is a nice change from leather(or vinyl..... ) never thought I'd say that.... these would be a great option for Gray interior trucks.... this model does run firm in the support and width but they had other options mike the LC1 that fit.

Also put the new shoes and rims on - 315 MT MTZ's on 17 x 8.5 Fuel Anza's with a -12mm backspacing... perfect fit and I like the look. A bit more rumble but barely than the Dura-tracs...... time will tell but they balanced out well.

It's almost like Christmas !!

off to work on wiring rock lights.....View attachment 1007418 View attachment 1007419 View attachment 1007420 View attachment 1007421 View attachment 1007422

nice truck! Can you take a close up of the rear wheel center cap. What did you do there? Concerning your part time kit on the front - how do you like it?

I got it over with yesterday and put the first scratches in the new paint. Now I don't have to worry about it anymore :hillbilly:

Thanks.... it's a work in progress like most. I am running the Fuel centers but think I'll likely go back to jsut the hubs and carrier when I redo bearings next month and paint it all up....

Right now I've got just the hubs as I'm on the fence with a vortec swap..... got the Lokka sitting in the garage and will likely stuff it in next month if I don't do the swap and rebuild the transfer at the same time....

Cheers

Put the new depos in after having them sitting in my room for a couple of weeks, and put in the new 4.88s!
