Recharged my A/C system. Had planned to convert to 134A but previous owner had already done that at some point so I evacuated the system and pulled a vacuum. Ran a leak check. Installed some dye into the system and recharged.

I beefed up my ARB tow mounts which are a joke for a offoad bumper. Did some cutting and added a custom 3/8" steel plate cut to fit. Should work great. Got to ditch my factory tow points. Saved like 4" in clearance ditching those oem ones.

I'm sure someone else heavily modified their ARB on here as well and added beefy as hell tow points. Gotta remember, who...

Picked up a new puppy for the kids...went wheeling in Capitol Forest with new puppy in the back...new puppy threw up all over the place...good times had by all

Replaced a completely failed rear motor mount.

and finally took out the huge lift, and replaced them with 0" lift OME's

Paid $90 to get the A/C charged up. No leaks no problems!! The auto climate control works great. ;)

7 pin mod and a new diverter valve. A couple of easy ones that make a big difference.

Got the ARB and lights mounted!

Sticky caliper so did front calipers, rotors and pads and "while I was there" replaced left side birf with non clicking used one in my stock. And noticed a bit of diff oil in the moly grease so did an axle reseal and repack. Now have straight braking, no abs activity when rolling to a stop and no clicky clack. Overall very happy! Then tightened loose wheel bearings on rig and added a front spacer for my friends new auction purchase. side by side i guess mine isn't as small as i feel it is. truck that is. 315 vs 285.

Finally replaced my hood latch cable and installed the slee headlight harness ive had waiting. Im very happy with the difference it makes.

Went wheeling today for the first time with my new setup. 529's, longs, and 37's. I was amazed. Didn't feel like I was beating on the 80. Way smoother on the rocks with a ton more control. Having beadlocks and airing down to 10 psi really was amazing too. Gripped like a geiko.
All and all a good day except the typical for wheeling in CT. I left with a $92 ticket from the DEP. CT powerlines have some amazing trails but really not allowed for some reason.

Did a full rear axle rebuild, replaced pads that at 164K I believe are original. Stops a lot better and no more sounds coming from axle.

Scrowley you have any pictures? I plan to do the same thing on mine.

I have a pic of the piece I made and the final. I might even have the template for the piece in the garbage still if your interested. Fit great. Took a toal of 2 hrs. to complete.
