Inspected front brakes after I found my master cylinder dry; right brake hose is torn up. could be cause I've never bled em? waiting for used-new ones to come in (thanks tpham) along with a CDL switch and will be changing brakes and possibly draining and refilling differential oils. going to be reading my manual in how to do so properly...
Installed M12 nutserts for the rear portion of my driver's seat (with relocation brackets)
and then installed M5 nutserts to secure a 1kw ac inverter and 4x50w (50 real watts) amp under the driver's seat as well.
Discovered that it's important to cut away the tar paper on the floor before installing smaller nutserts. Also discovered that my heavy duty nutsert setter can rip the threads right out of an insert, and that drilling out a nutsert is annoying.

LED markers, license plate, turn signal, reverse, dome, brake bulb install. Amsoil ATF mañana...

Lubed.
Lubed the drive lines and changed diff oil. Rotated tires via the 5 tire rotation.
Kids had another mud fest and got the cruiser again.

New front brakes, reinstalled center console and cleaned out the interior. I'm debating line-xing the floors or reinstalling the carpet. Thoughts?
Negative carpet.
I prefer some sort of bed liner over carpet. Easier to clean and does not hold moisture. Worry free if you use it for working, camping or anything that will introduce grime, mud and dirt.
I plan to remove mine soon.

Cleared the P0401 code with a new VSV and Modulator. Replaced the associated vacuum hoses as well. Also cleared the ABS light after finding a broken wire at the LR connector. Gotta love a black-board dash!

Replace front caliper brake flex hose and had to pull the entire hard like to get old ones loose ( probably factory ones there)
What caught my eye
1. Factory new flex didn't came with new copper washers had to reuse old ones
2. Caliper line bolt looks like it's copper too?
After 3 complete rounds of bleed still have air in the line

Use Dot 4 and flush the entire system
Any to worry with new Dot4?

Fishing at Breezy Point Tip! Watching dumb asses getting stuck, at one point a guy pulled out an actual length of rope to try to pull someone out. I told them I have actual recovery gear, but you can't tell these crazy Russian guys anything!

From what I've read, DOT4 is fine in these trucks.
Replaced exhaust system from the cats back, took apart and cleaned up the parking brakes. They actually work now!
Managed to get out on a short stretch of power line and wheel a little bit. Didn't need to lock any diffs so a pretty easy trail. Still, it's dirt!
