Small world, you were in the white LX right!? That day I met my buddies in Modesto and went to the La Grange OHV (where most of these pics were taken). The following day we were out in Long Barn (the red mud) :)

Did the 4Runner need his spare the 1st day, it's absent on the later pics.:D

Took the family to Tahoe for snowboarding and snowshoeing. I'm still a cruiser noob, so this was my first time with the 80 in below freezing temps. Never missed a beat. The roads were pretty clear, so I need to go back up to play with it in the snow. :steer:

Silver LX. Sounds like fun. Unfortunately I was working that day. The mud looks fun.

Today it snowed, and it rarely does in southern NM, so even though I'm still running Michelin street tires I figured it would be fun to go out in the snow (that's my father visiting from Pennsylvania):

very cool pic!!!

Pulled Metal Tech sliders and rear bumper for powder coating.

By passed the rear heater at the firewall... and its not even the weekenD!! does that still count?

Found out why my rear locker stopped working.

Wrapped up my CB install and got it tuned down to 1.0:1 on the SWR Meter. Also changed the oil with Mobil1 synthetic and used Toyo filter. (155k miles)

Replaced the drivers seat belt with a new non-frayed one.
Replaced my hood supports (it doesn't try to eat me now!)
Replaced rear brake pads. The PO had had them for 1.5 years just never installed them - they were metal to metal, but barely, so the rotors are ok.
Cleaned and lubed my locks - they all work with my new key now, but I need to get a couple more cut.

Next up: Checking door switches and overhead light switches. The rear dome light comes on if I wiggle the door switches (all 4 act this way), but the front doesn't work in any position most of the time. Going to try cleaning the switches first before spending the $90 to just replace them. Will also replace the bulbs with LEDs when they get here. Going to try a red LED in the map light in hopes that I will be able to drive with it on for a passenger's use. From the pictures, there is no chance of that with the whites.

Installed depos with 3M film protection from Doug. They were replacing OEM with the drivers side cracked and about an inch of water in the lens and some green stuff. Yuck. The difference is refreshing!

Dragged a trailer from Tacoma, WA out to Tooele, UT with a buddy to pick up a mutual friend's Cummins swapped 40 and all the old bits.

Got to meet Onur and Woody.

Rolled 291k on the way home, got 17mpg without the trailer. The 40 pulled the trailer over passes at 75, it was beastly.

Lots of driving, but a great Fri-Sun road trip!
