Pictures of new armor as requested. Delta front and mid plate. All slathered up in fresh fluid film for the Tennesse mud/dust. An all encompassing armor solution. Embrace the toughness, admire the craftsmanship, FEEL the weight of indestructible power and never mind the PITA install without a vehicle lift in close confined quarters. Rocks and obstacles will tremble……

Do you have pics of where you had to notch the skid around the sliders? I am considering replacing my IPOR skid with this. How much farther down does it hang vs the original trans support?

I had to notch the left rear corner of the front armor pan because it hit the white knuckle off road rock slider mount. Angle grinder made quick work of it, fit is great.

I finaly finished the exhaust on our '91 LC. I've been putting it off for a long time because I don't have access to a lift and I HATE crawling around under a car getting in and out 1000x to test fit exhaust parts. And the first half of the project sent me to the eye Dr. with a flake of SS steal in my eye even thought I had my PPE on. But I am soooo happy I finished it. No more exhaust gasses in the cab, and its so much quieter. Only gets nice and loud when you really step on it. Its great.
Exhaust is 2.5" 409 SS Summit Racing tube, from the manifold all the way back. Dual cats, transition into a single pipe, into a Flowmaster Super 50, and then exits right behind the rear passenger mud flap. Basically fallows the factory routing. This exhaust is somewhat temporary as I am planning to LS swap this car in the near future.

Looks great. Which sliders are those? I like how low profile they are
They're the White Knuckle Offroad sliders.

4 AWG was a struggle to fit under the carpet trim. 2 AWG was much worse. I had to replace the toyota harness wire loom with wire loom that was smaller and more flexible to give me millimeters of more space. I have other connections already going into that grommet for 2nd battery monitoring and my fridge control.

This reminds me, I need to document all of my electrical connections in the truck.
  • Backup camera
  • Relay for fridge
  • Switch for fridge
  • Relay for remote relay
  • Remote relay
  • Backup camera
  • 2 AWG main power to rear
  • Cig lighter power
  • Anderson PP power
  • USB and battery monitor power
  • SB50 plug
Wouldn't it be safer to run that big wire under the headliner?

It's heavy and there's a wire channel built into the carpet.

I replaced the rubber washers under my roof rack delete screws. The old black washers had deteriorated and started to crack. I applied a little oring grease on these. I had to get 50. Oof.

That sounds great!!

I have been planning to build a front bumper for years, but never seem to make it a priority. I'm sure it would have been awesome to have a one of a kind front bumper to match my rear, but I found an ARB deluxe on marker place for a price I couldn't refuse. Still need to wire up the cheap Amazon winch but got it mounted up last night. Getting this installed will free up my schedule to concentrate on tire swingouts for my boys cars, and maybe do something else than work on projects.
