I removed my ABS ECU and reused the brackets to build a Blue Sea fuse box holder with 12 circuits and 2 banks, one constant and one ignition power.

This is just a test fit. Once it's wired up, it will be much cleaner and easier to add other devices.

At the moment living out one of my worst fears! It's stolen! Was parked in a Home Depot parking lot in Richfield, MN (next to Minneapolis) I was gone overnight and came back the next day and it's gone!! This f*cking sucks!!!! Makes me feel sick to my stomach. Looks like they pushed out the door lock to gain access. Wtd...some people need a bullet to the head.

Not something I would expect to hear from a responsible gun owner. It's just a stolen car, not something worth murdering someone over. I have overflowing empathy for nigelsaim but speaking from someone who has been robbed a few times, the thieves will not last long without consequences and you'll never have to seek revenge. Hope nigelsaim gets some returned goods at some point but as someone who watches police auctions, you don't want that truck back once it's gone this way, it's now a biohazard.

Got some wheeling in now that the weather is getting better here. Still a bit new to 80s but this thing rocks.
Let my cousin have a hand at it since this was his first trip out.
Sadly I crushed my LegendX exhaust tip a bit on one of the trails.

The question should be why are the police letting this happen not why he left it parked there. Betting yours was not the only car stolen in that area in the last month. The police need to set some bait out and start catching these FHEADS. I had my truck stolen with all my tools parked in front of the church at my marina while my wife and I were sleeping.Gave the police vid of them taking it from the church cameras. Showed the truck they used to drag it off because they could not get it started along with perfect shots of their faces. They did not even investigate it. The really nice part was how my insurance company acused me of stealing it for the claim I submited for the amount over my deductible to fix the steering colum they destroyed. $900. I was not even claiming the $30k in the tools they took. I at least got the truck back, paid the repair bill myself and cancelled the insurance company that will remain un nammed. those G-lizards!!
In CA the WOKE D-asses want to get rid of the police. along with a lot of other stuppid s-it.
I really hope you get your truck back.

Sorry about your truck...I am really hoping it's not completely f'd if/when I get it back. I already contacted my insurance and I got the vibe that they are already going to be a problem. Thank you

Nothing yet. I talked to the loss prevention manager at the HD to see about video and so far the investigator has not contacted them to get the footage yet. I had my life in that rig as I recently came back from a month long trip out west. Dometic fridge, Air2S drone, GoPro, Bluetti AC180, typical camping stuff...and my clothes!! I was kinda living out of it since I got back and now living out of a 2000 Honda Accord...it's just not the same!

Daughter mentioned that sometimes when she turns to the Land cruiser off she can't get the key all the way back the first try.

I drove it today and the cylinder is a bit worn.
Sadly because it's an HDJ81 it's got a Lexus style key and entire lock sets are all but non existent.

You can just replace the tumbler and the key by itself. 69057-60030

You might also need 45280-60290.

You must have grown up watching Hollywood movies. Was John Wayne really that good of an actor? Or are we talking Mississippi Burning type stuff? If so that isn't anything to be proud of in American history because folks/cops fabricated crimes just to kill too many times to count.

The only folks that have "robbed" me are banks and insurance companies. What would pickpocketing be?

Finally the leather cover was delivered. Wasn’t that difficult to put it on. Feels good. Smells good. Looks okay.
