Removes the exhaust temp gauge and tells the motor it's always somewhere between 100 and 150c. Apparently that's the magic number.Always wondered....what does that actually do?

I just tested and cleaned mine, replaced the UFO and vacuum hoses and my code P0402 didn't come back for a day . Hope fully it stays away.

I installed my kit yesterday and it was a breeze. I didn't have a CEL but doing a preventative measure.
I finally got around to installing the CB antenna I have had sitting around in preparation for future needs, I do at some point plan on installing a GMRS radio as well.
Yes I stole one of my dogs Kong balls to put on the antenna, seen tennis balls on them why not a Kong... LOL!
Then I moved the circuit breaker from a custom mount to on top of the cruise control cover. The angle I decided on is due to the lack of interference with the tabs on the underside that told the cover down.
Here is a picture of how it was previously installed.
Moving it will make it easier to run wire to it and from it for the Wits End QPM.

I have the same setup and curious how you’re going to add it to the rear with wits end QPM? I’ve been thinking about doing the same just don’t know how to run the circuit breaker, or do I even need it? Thanks
The circuit breaker will be the protection from the overload from the battery possibly. I will run a 4 gauge wire from the Blue Sea ML-ACR to the circuit breaker and then a wire from it to the QPM. Where I will have an additional fuse panel as well, where the items installed with the QPM will source their power.
Not sure if this is the exact fuse panel I will be running but something very similar, I have it packed away for that rainy day when the QPM does get installed.
Eventually my QPM will look like this minus a few things. But it gives you an idea how things will/should be wired up and power is sourced.
I am still on the fence about solar so I could have room there for a inverter which would be handing especially since I need a sleep machine at night. I am not running a dual zone fuse panel either. So I will have an ARB compressor, We-Boost and might install the base unit for my Midland Radio GMRS radio on the panel and just run a cable up front for the handheld.
If you are thinking of running a Switch Pro here is another option as well:
I was driving home from work this morning around 7:00 and I saw my neighbor stuck in their front yard in their van, so I pulled into my neighbor's driveway and asked if they needed some help and proceeded to use the old winch to pull them out

Given that it's driven off 6' boulders a couple of times a month and the tires run a maximum of 8psi, i probably have other primary causes for incidentsNo, you get uneven tire wear, a reduced contact patch, and your odds of sliding off a slick turn increase.
At least that is what Google told. I personally think bigger than oem tires should = more + caster than oem specs. So if your running 37"s than 7+ is probably perfect
Does the mini split do a decent job of controlling humidity as well?

I put my switch pro up front with the @Delta VS firewall mount on the second truck. In hindsight it's a way better solution, unless you're running a lot of overland type stuff in the back of the truck. Gives much easier access and runs for lights, etc are shorter. The environmental factors in the engine bay, including being pressure washed frequently and heat soaking for full days on the trail don't seem to have been an issue.

There are several great quality made in the USA options, as one of those I say keep the copies over seas and support the US manufacturers that continue to support the various landcruiser platforms. Always love to see more after market options for the Land Cruiser but not a fan of lower quality, lower cost copies.
