Mounted my 3d printed powerpole outlets and also a replacement cap for my warn winch (old strap perished and lost the cap somewhere in death valley).

I've been fighting a P0130, P0133, P0135 codes for the last few weeks.
Finally had a minute to slide under the truck to investigate.
Front O2 sensor plug had come loose and was just "floating" in the plug. Pushed it in until it clicked.
Problem solved.

Put the 80 to work extracting shopping baskets, mattress and other homeless camp debris from a local river. Not enough traction, even fully locked, to get some of the loads up the bank so added the inertia of the 80 to the mix. Was the first time using the heavy tow straps, soft shackles and really throwing the 80s weight into the pull.
The group leading the area cleanup will need 2 or 3 more trash bins to get the rest of the crap out of this area but we made a start. It's really impressive how much stuff piles up in long term homeless camps that were walking access only.

Wow so much crap. So sad to see areas get trashed out.
Last several months I've relied on my ls swapped 80 to take me all over. I drove 25hrs with a 6000lb trailer across the country. I probably should have used a pickup but as long as i didnt drive too fast it was fine. This weekend I drove 700 miles checking out some areas I've never been. My oil pressure sender started to leak pretty bad so I had to buy some tools at ace hardware to fix it. Once it was fixed i was good to go. The cruiser is about 90% done. So at some point I'll have to get at it again.
Isn't the whole point of an ls swap so you don't have to use a pickup?

Got some good LC work in. POR metal prep and primer on the new Avid rear bumper. Should be ready for install next weekend. Used an inline adapter for the upper radiator hose to install the 2nd temp sensor for the engine guardian (1st is on the head itself). And got the ostrich wing awning installed finally. @RuggedBound

This cleanup was at: 100 Old Birds Mill Road, Banks of the South Chickamauga Creek roughly, on a parcel of private property. Relocation efforts, etc. have been underway for a while as I understood it with the cleanup starting yesterday. There are a number of similar recent and underway efforts around town as well.

I definitely use it as a truck a lot woth the v8. Sometimes the extra wheelbase of a truck would be nice when towing.
Greased up the @landtank dc shaft and compared ends with the OEM shaft to make sure I installed it the same way. Marked the diff and tc flange as well, just to make sure it goes in the same way the OEM was on.
Adjusted both panhard rods and the tie rod now that I am happy with a 2” lift. I like to use the paint pen after I’m satisified with, adjusted, then torqued everything.
Now to test drive this to see if my vibrations are gone!

Did the 361k mile oil change on Saturday. Then on Sunday I went to cars and coffee and went on a trail ride at Windrock afterwards. Took on trails 26 and 27. Had a great time with some rock crawling here and there. The 80 and its lockers still continue to impress me. I cannot wait until my White Knuckle sliders come in the mail. Ill be able to attack some obstacles a bit more aggressively without worry of taking out the rockers.
Finished dialing in the 3link after new heims and coilover rebuild. Ready to head to Cruise Moab Wednesday

Picked up a few more parts from the junkyard 94 LC. Same year as mine so I grabbed an assortment of modules that I hope I never need. The ECU was picked already. On this junker, seeing the carbon build up in the intake and such tells me I need to clean the ports on mine before they clog up.
You should have grabbed the intake so you could clean it and have it ready to install when you remove yours.......
Plus, you'll get all the doo-dads on the bottom of it.
