Rebuilt my rear elocker last week, typical issues such as lose magnets and general crud. Tested with a battery and works great. However, could not get to work using the switch. Anyhow, found part of the problem today. The connector under jack location was all corroded. Pulled apart and pins were all green. Cleaned them up, but found pin 12 just gone… anyone know where to get these pins? Also, when finished, should I use some dielectric grease on this connector? Pictures are after some cleaning, I’ve got more cleaning to do..

Delta is a great group of guys. The slee kits have various proprietary options. Just depends on your needs. Best to figure out your goal vehicle weight and figure out what serves your needs.

Made me wonder that too. And even if so, I can’t imagine vehicle weight has much consideration when choose a washer bottle relocation kit.

I only know of the one for the 80. As offered, more pictures. The cruise cable just barely touches but not enough to cause a bind. I might bend the mount a bit if it looks like it's wearing.
Got my girl some new shoes this weekend. Kelly Edge ATs., replacing the badly worn Chinese "Austone" tires that were on this Aus import when I bought it. The Kellys aren't high end by any means (in fact, most would say low end, lol), but the price was right: $150 each including balance and install. Most of the reviews I read agree that performance is good but tread life is short. Time will tell. For my needs (about 6-8k miles/year, venturing off pavement maybe 2-3 times...no crawling), I think they'll do the trick.
Went with 265/75r16, just a tad taller and skinnier than stock. I really like the look. Almost zero road noise, and the difference in the ride is pretty dramatic. There's a poorly maintained road leading in to our subdivision that is a disaster of potholes, cracks, bulding asphalt and poorly done patches...it makes the streets of Aleppo, Syria look smooth. That road at 25-30 mph usually makes the truck rattle so bad I'd swear things are going to start falling off, but with the new tires it's much smoother.

eBay Snorkel Install. Was hoping it would be a Safari knockoff w/ lettering on the side but no luck.
I feel like I got the snorkel pretty flush to the fender, is the upper half supposed to be that far away from the column? I couldn't really get it closer unless but maybe I was doing something wrong

Oh yeah, got the P0401 code somewhere along the way, very warm uphill late afternoon crappy road drive up above 6000 feet elevation, and when we parked I checked out conditions and the gas smell was pretty strong, and there was some more that usual pressure when I opened the filler cap... Anyway, we parked for a couple of days of camping, and sometime Sunday on our drive out, the CEL went away, and no weird gas tank pressure, and everything's fine.
So YAY.
So YAY.
