Haha, your guess is as good as mine, but I think so? Truck was imported from Japan a year ago. The front grille shows the outline of the Lexus logo behind the silver Toyota emblem, and it has a Lexus steering wheel and a fake woodgrain shift knob. The aftermarket mirrors have working turn signals, but still have the 80-series rattle on the RHD drivers side that I need to fix.

Sorry- just caught this. County road 20 out of Lake City is correct. The road is a no-brainer for 4x4.

Learned an important lesson. Always keep spare EFI relay(s) in the Cruiser. A bad one effects so many different systems.

Took the 80 Rock Crawling for the first time. WKOR Sliders and rear hitch definitely got their fair share of slamming on rocks

Pin7 mod
Routed CB cable through taillight
Cleaned the rear cargo area.
Removed the cubby hole in passenger rear trunk to make more storage space
took the carpet off the tailgate so I can cook on it without making a fire
Made drawers for the rear cargo area.

Lubed up the OEM jack with some white lithium grease, stuck a 12-point 1/2" drive socket (8-point would work too) on it with a magnet and stored it back in the truck.

The socket fits the drive handle perfectly and, coupled with my electric impact, makes quick work of raising and lowering the truck. Going to start storing the impact in the truck where it might do some good rather than the hall closet.

That reminds me, someone posted up that one of the other relays can be used as a replacement in a pinch. But good point on keeping a real spare. On the list.

<takes off socks to count>...4...5...6....DANG, you're right! I figured 2x 6-point is 12-point so 2x 4-point was 8-point. Just found the 8-point in my toolbox. Whoops! Either will work to catch the 4x points on the rod.

Finished up installing all the gutted interior parts and stereo. Also, I lubed all the locks, latches, and hinges, and replaced the disintegrated nylon/fiber washers on the tailgate support things. The Philips were stripped on the bolts for the tailgate so I had to use vise grips to get them out. I used a Dremel tool and slotted them for future use with a large flat blade.

I also happened to notice this sticker on the windshield when I was cleaning.

Based on a rough estimate, this rig has been driven approximately 12,000 miles a year sense 2011. While we're on the topic of stickers I also added a new sticker to the line up.

Going to take this new to me 97 on its first real trip to do some camping this weekend. I am a little nervous and very excited to be back to camping and adventuring.
