Put it away from the angry lady Irma lol

I installed the manual seats from a 1992 FJ80 in my 1994. Good bye electric seats. Good bye rubbing head on the roof. Good bye a lot of weight.

I don't have enough seat time to tell if they are truly more comfortable. The driver seat bottom needs new foam so that will affect things. I stuffed some foam in on the outboard side as an interim solution.

Got my OBA project completed. Final bits arrived from @NLXTACY just after IRMA passed. Coalescing filter mount didn't quite work to my original plan but nothing a couple of metal strips and a can of black paint couldn't handle.

I installed a couple of parker outlets on either side of the rear bumper which are connected to the tank.

So far i have kept the pressure below 90psi. I do need to research what pressure the relief valve cuts in.

Oh man, those hose orientations need some love. Adding an o-ring or teflon washer will allow you to rotate the fittings a little differently so that the angles aren't so awkward.

Man, you're worse than my wife. Function first, fashion later. plus i didn't have a teflon washer that will fit....

Did some serious mall crawling in the 80 over the weekend. Parking structures were a little tight, but handled those oversized speed bumps no problem. Spreading a little weekend aloha~

Also saw this neon day glow green jeep pass me in my 80. Had to snap a pic of the spare tire cover. Thought it might represent the final decision making process when purchasing a jeep off the lot.

Got the Prinsu on. Took all weekend with removing factory rack and filling holes and what not. Had to order some different mounting hardware but no biggie.

Had a little fun with 2 other 80s and a 100 series at Jones Creek OHV Trailhead in Washington. We could see the Eagle Creek fire in the distance in the Gorge. Really sad to see so much of it up in flames.

I was waiting for UPS to deliver my brake rotors. Well they pulled up. Then they left. Box wasn't on the truck.

So they're going back to get them. Oh well, there's yardwork to do.

:bang:
Nothing. See above.

Tuesday now.

Took my Scout troop to visit/tour the US Naval Academy in Annapolis, MD. We camped at Sandy Point State Park with a site right on the water. Beautiful sunrise over the Chesapeake Bay.

Great sleeping weather and my Window Sox (middle seat windows) bug screens from @LandCruiserPhil worked great.

Reworked the rock lights yesterday and welded in Slee's front panhard bar adjuster, thanks to help from @2fpower . Front locker fixed last weekend, and added another inch lift to the suspension (30mm spacers), caster plates, front swaybar drop brackets, and a new door (my third...being referred to as "regular maintenance" now by my club). Ready for our Fall Crawl event later this week at Flat Nasty in Jadwin, MO.
