Was the rear bogged too? You could back out of it? Interesting...

Nope, passenger side axels, track bars, frame and cats/muffler, exhaust were hung up...tires were barely touching ground...I aired down driver sides to 15psi but it just spun and it was getting worse and sinking more...it was just a hot mess lol

New throttle cable.... so smooth now!

Cleaned the MAF sensor

It's the Light Quartz Gray

That's what I thought. That is the color I am planning to do later this fall. I will be doing black handles with mine.

Slinkied the pig! With the hired help of OTRAMM of course. Thank you sir for another project very well executed.
You want pictures right...well I've got plenty.

Some pictures just can't be topped, post #30877, but here are a few of what went down on Thursday.

Overall lift = 95mm
Slinky at 75mm and 20mm spacers
Rides like a cloud.
And it still fits in my garage with only a couple mms to spare.

Thanks again OTRAMM
Full build thread will come...eventually with all of the other projects I have yet to post. Might be time for a dedicated thread just for my truck.

Replaced the stock CVT ladder that snapped on me with new telescoping one from CVT that is taller. NOTE: the mounting width is different (not mentioned anywhere on their site) so requires some drilling to move the mount. And weights a ton more.

Also replaced the battery, guess its been 6yrs. Nothing fancy.

Used my 80 to haul a flowering crab apple tree for a customer. Her brother was a customer of mine as well (and had become a friend). He was a be teran. He recently passed away. He had mentioned a few weeks ago how much he loved flowering crab apple trees. So brought them the tree and planted it for their living memorial. We spread his ashes in with the tree.

A tremendous family that has experienced unbelievable loss (all three brothers and only son due to combat or combat related deaths).

Then I used the 80 to haul this motor grill that was Brad's. He made out a list of his belongings and said that he wanted me to have this because he knew I liked working on vehicles and was a "car guy" because we had had numerous car conversations over the past couple of years. He wrote that he knew this was the only way I'd ever own American Muscle.

The world is a lesser place without him but a better and safer place because of him.

Peace brother.
