OK I have looked around...where do I get that TEQ cap?

Found part number 12130-13010 but no joy in locating one. My OE is shot.
Beno! Definitely cool, as is the 1FZ-FE sticker.

Prepping for a long back country road trip in central and southeastern Oregon. PHH replaced along with thermostat, upper and lower radiator hoses, and the heater control valve.

After reading all of the posts on here about the PHH I thought it was going to be a nightmare but it wasn't terrible. Not a breeze, but not that bad. It had a small leak already so I caught it in time.

Transmission fluid change, new radio, and some other small stuff should be done by Sunday.

Oh, and here's one I saw in Manila, Philippines a couple of weeks ago.

Spent a whole day testing out my suspension/steering with some friends trying to "dial" it in!

Spend Friday afternoon green laning with my lovely bride. Springtime is magical here.

pictures of bride

Working on my leather seats. Reconditioned and Re-dyed. I'm going to put on one more touch up coat and they are finished. Next to fix the driver's seat gear, so they will move. The passenger seat shown is from my 1996 with 320,000 miles!

This is happening this weekend! First weekend without travel baseball or work in three months. Well, not exactly "off" but I have part of Saturday and all of Sunday free. Fridge will be installed! And hopefully sliders installed.

Thanks to @NLXTACY for the simple fridge wiring kit. And auto up mod!

Those are some crazy pimp wires!!!!!

Rebuilt the rear hubs....drained and refilled the diff...checked the brakes...

Installed auxiliary reverse light on the swing out. Anzo 1200 lumen utility light. Cast aluminum housing, poly carbonate lense, and 6 CREE LED's. It's pretty bright, definitely suitable for this application.

I used a spare deck lamp switch, from one of my old 4Runners, to activate the light. It's wired to illuminate the orange indicator light, when powered on. Don't want to drive down the highway with this light on unintentionally.

Details in the reconditioning and dye used for your seats.

part-time kit went into the spare t-case.. surprisingly easy.

front end rebuild, including new OEM birfs machined for the extra groove, OE 80-series locking hubs, etc

Why is it that I always remember I should be taking pics precisely when I have grease all the way up to my elbows?

Went off roading with my son.
Sorry! No bikini pictures today. I didn't go to the beach.

All packed up and ready to go. I realized I need one more of those boxes for the stuff I need to get with me.

Ready to get out of LA

2016-05-14 12.01.01.jpg

LA says, nope, not so fast.

Nobody can escape LA. 5MPH.
Took me 2 hours to drive 57 miles.
