View attachment 1243975 Between business trips, El Nino rain one week, too hot to work outside the next week, jetlag and not to mention a nagging wife, I eventually completed my aftermarket stereo upgrade. New Pioneer TSSWX2502 10" 1200watt (max) sub in the back powered by a pioneer GMD8601 amp, 4 new pioneer TSD1602R 65watt (rms) speakers in each door driven by a pioneer GMA6604 4ch amp. Up front i bolted in a Joying android based head unit.
Still have a little tweaking to do but overall I'm reasonably impressed with my 6 weeks of part time labour...
I recently bought a used Android unit from a mudder and I've been really impressed with it, even though I've basically only bench tested it. Pretty cool all the things it can do, and it looks great compared to the Pioneers I have in other vehicles.

Installed Yodateq Gullwings today. Easy job made even easier by the how-to Youtube videos that are available. I found that installing them on a warm day and allowing the rubber seal to lay in the sun awhile makes installation go easier. Quality of the product is excellent and have zero complaints other than the shipping box took a beating and I was pretty surprised there wasn't damage. I think some extra cushioning/packing material for such a heavy box(I ordered steel) is needed. Overall, very happy with the product!

Ridgemaster, I need to check yours out in person some day. Been holding out for Kevin's (Wagon Gear) but don't know if that will ever happen.

Apropos of nothing (and no one) whatsoever . . . [huge fricking rolleyes and headbang]

So I go off this weekend into "zero cell range land" and missed all the fun about someone getting offended by pictures? Really.... wow.

So, I am hereby technically offended by all the photos posted here with rust on trucks, or panels eaten away by technically corrosion. It is a horrible scene and should all be technically removed from my fragile eyeballs, give me technically nightmares and I can't function during the day, technically. I spend all day running back and forth to my truck testing for rust and can't focus. There.

Get on his mailing list. He is still making stuff but you need to act FAST when he releases something. The other options are ok but WG is still the best.

Front axle job inc. new koyo bearings with the help of some fellow members. New rotors and pads too. I went for the slotted DBAs but the place was out and upgraded me to the slotted/drilled. Used the 100 series EBC greens.

About how much extra weight in cargo were you hauling in the first photo. I bought but have not yet installed the exact springs in your Signiture? I like the stance.
I would guess around 500 lbs?? Roof rack, spare tire, aluminum jack, ez-up, fridge, cargo drawer/fridge slide-out (1/2" plywood) and there was gear from 3 people in the back.

Brake fluid flush (first time since purchase last summer) and rotate tires. Right rear bleeder was a bear, had to use a torch to fully remove and clean out the bleeder passage. The rest were easy.

Did the same thing on the 325xi as well, now I'm set on brake fluid work for another year.

So, all my posts are limited to 5 pictures or less. And I bought a Silver star. Mr. "no star whatsoever" can post 9 pictures in his post.

WTF gives?

Since we are now focusing on getting chapped asses here, and all...

If you link to a image already on the net then you can go to town. But if you are uploading then its limited to five.
