That’s a good spot for the relays, no new holes requiredInstalled military style battery terminals and a factory Toyota Halogen headlight kit. Supplied harness has relays and fuse blocks. Simple install, plugs into existing headlight socket. The opposite headlight socket is not used, so I just capped it and zip tied to the factory harness. The new harness has two new leads for the headlights. The brown socket is the factory RH headlight socket plugged into the new harness.

Worked out really nice was able to route the harness inside the wheel well from the RH headlight bucket. That’s a good spot for the relays, no new holes required
well that's a goddam great use of an otherwise useless flat spot - good thinking!! mind sharing some details about the install?
Hey John. Did you get y hay from Cascadia 4x4?
Sure. It’s a Lensun 100W flexible panel, 3 mm thick. Model LS-100FX2-J200. The controller is a 20 amp PWM Solar Charge Controller. I bought the panel directly from Lensun, with a decal that you install underneath to protect the paint if you want to remove it later. You stick it down with 3M VHB (very high bond) tape, and seal the edges with Sikaflex. I bought Anderson connectors from Amazon and the controller from etrailer.com. Anderson connectors are really easy, but you need a heavy duty crimper or solder. It’s very easy, Lensun has great directions.well that's a goddam great use of an otherwise useless flat spot - good thinking!! mind sharing some details about the install?
Hi Frank, see my previous post. So far so good, very very easy. You may be able to add some smaller panels on the side if you want more capacity. Mine’s pretty lightweight, I used 12 ga wire from the controller to the battery, which is good for a 20 amp system.Hey John. Did you get y hay from Cascadia 4x4?
