Cleaning and detailing. Lots of it.

Tired of lumps on my head and dogs getting scared jumping into the back of my rig.
New strut day....way easier than expected. Liftsupportsdepot.com model PM2008 cost me $40.25 delivered and they came in 2 days via FedEx.

Next up....rain gutter and A pillar strip and seal. Have some 3M body sealant inbound from Amazon

I need to do this. I knocked the day lights out of my skull today trying to put my road side kit back in its home.

Started painting my new brake parts. I’ll let them cure for a week or so until I have time, decent weather, and energy to dive in and get it done. I also installed a brand new heater control valve! Ordered direct from Japan!

I love 60 guys. We are simpletons. We are excited about the little things ... new carpet, lift gate shocks, the ability to stop, the ability to go, etc. It doesn't take much to make me happy.

Replaced my hodgepodge of damaged vacuum lines with new silicon from boostcontroller.com I’m very please. High quality that should hold up for decades.
Replaced my air injection switching valve and finally figured out how to rig this damn thing to force the air injection to stay open for passing emissions. Bad vsv1 and vsv2. We will see how that goes once the testing facilities reopen after the holidays. Been working on that since June...
And finally, I installed LED headlights from city racer! Thank you! I can see the light at the end of the tunnel! It’s a new year and a “new” truck! Thanks for everyone’s help and guidance. I’ve learned so much!

What radiator are you running? Looks custom and very good!

It’s the Champion. I wasn’t crazy about the aluminum at first but it’s growing on me. It’s working well so far. I need to ground it but I’m not quite sure how I’m going to do it.

What’s holding it to the truck?
The original bushings and bolts. There’s an issue with adequate grounding in the core. It’ll get corrosive and start leaking.
