Started the weekend off early this morning before work. “Organized” the new audio stuff. Can’t wait to have a moderate audio system.

Could take a few weeks considering I get about 30 mins each night to sneak away to the garage and work.

Like a 10 speed? Hahaha!
Well, it is Boulder. Easier to get around on a bike than in a car :/

:edit: @cps432 if you're seriously looking for a cruiser I have one I can lend you for the summer or you can buy for, say $100? It's rat-rodded olive drab with red wheels and hockey tape on the handle bars

@Cincodemustache Cool stuff you got , I don't need to sneak into the garage I'm always in the garage when I'm at home.

That's what Land Cruisers were made for. My wife and I climbed Huron Peak a number of years ago in our biggest 14er summer ever - 11 peaks that year. I topped out at 44, my wife at 37. May not have the stamina to do another, but there are plenty of other great hikes to be had in this part of the country. One of those is Black Mountain (11,654 feet) south of Hartsel. I counted 25 14ers from the summit, including Huron Peak. You won't be disappointed.

Good to know. That was my 16th 14er and I've been quarreling with how much traffic they see these days and whether or not I want to focus on some of the lesser peaks. Either way, 44 14ers is pretty damn impressive!

My wife, younger son, and I climbed Quandary Peak on an early fall Saturday about 8 or 9 years ago. I estimate there were about 350 people on the mountain that day, quite a zoo. We were nearing the summit when an isolated thunder snow shower came right over the peak. We hunkered down as best as we could as the lightning strikes peppered all around us. Needless to say that cleared out most of the crowd. I've spent most of my life in the mountains of northern New Mexico, where (usually) there's a lot of daily monsoon thunderstorms, so I could pretty much tell it would be past in just a few minutes. Sure enough, the sun came out right way and we climbed the remaining 200 feet to the summit. We ended up having the summit to ourselves until we decided to head down - last ones on the mountain, except for the mountain goats, marmots, and pikas.

Took a drive to the local Japanese supermarket....
people going ohh ahh because of the JAF logo I attached at the front ^^ (Japan Automobile Federation)

then driving back home...overtook a Lamborghini Gallardo...(he was probably doing 55)

Then I had a bunch of ferraris and other lamborghinis overtake me as i was nearing my exit..oh and some Porsche too...

woring on a front foglight harness (almost complete) that I will connect to the Foglight switch that is on the center bezel.

Not much for me... worked from 4pm-3am last night so in a bit of a fog today. Did tho make sure to take up the local welding shop on the offer to go play w/ the mig welder. Made a goofy art project, watched him tig an emergency project adjustment and ogled over all the huge shop tools...
oh and sorta rehydrated my passenger rubber window channel w/ silicone lube. Kept slathering it for the last 4 or so days and pretty sure it soaked it in and is way more pliable now. Funny huh, lube to make something soft? Who woulda thunk?

Ugh, were they the originals? Hope not much damage was done and you can just slip the new ones in.

Cleaned the interior including vacuuming the headliner. (Can you see the difference?)
Also replaced the sun visors with the 70 series visors.
