Theron does, Bean! My FJ60 build and adventure. It's a fantastic rig. Definitely part of the inspiration that got me into land cruisers in the first place!Love that Cruiser @aviafx! Do you have a build thread?
Not sure you have to remove the belts to do that, take a close look before you start and see what you find.i swapped out 2 out of 3 belts. First time to attempt that and I have to say that the belt situation on the 62 makes some newer VW's look well designed.
Apparently, the PO did it once and wasn't very good at it. The AC belt tension pulley adjustment bolt/pulley is buggered. Hopefully I can find a replacement pulley and adjuster bolt.
Not looking forward to having to pull all the belts...again...when I fix that.

Are you working on my truck? LOL I'm missing the adjuster bolt for my smog pump. The PO used a crowbar to tension the belt and may have run too much tension on the crank pulley. SOR sells replacements I think.i

Like a 10 speed? Hahaha!Get a bike.
I didn't notice that you only replaced two of the three belts, and not the A/C belt, right? If you were just replacing the tensioner that would be a different story. That's what I get for reading too fast. The A/C belt is the rear-most of the three. It goes around the crank pulley (which all three go around). I don't see how it can be installed without pulling the other 2.
But on the bright side, Toyota had the tension pulley and adjuster bolt. Hate OEM pricing, but love OEM parts.
No... a Cruiser!Like a 10 speed? Hahaha!
$668 was the damage, free shipping too. The local upholstery shop quoted me $900 to re do the original seats. Seemed like a better idea to go this route.
