I didn't do anything to the pig today, but I did use it to haul the christmas tree down to recycling. It's been sitting for so long the battery almost didn't have enough juice to turn over. Poor thing. I'm sure she enjoyed the exercise.

I got the fenders off in the front found more rust on the inner fender, that is the wall on the driver's side of the Pig so now the work begins on operation rusto-stopo again, glad I found this spot before i drove the pig in the snow.

Flew to Tucson, AZ and drove the pig home 450 miles yesterday.

:grinpimp:

I'll start up a thread here eventually. I'm still too giddy and emotional to talk about it.

That is a really really clean truck. What did you give for it. You can go any direction you want to go with this rig. whats your plans for that jewel.

nothing today because of snow, but put new rear shocks on the blue piggie since one of the old shocks was pissing all it's oil all over my driveway

Didn't touch it today. Rare snow here this week and boy do they salt the roads. Drove the dog around the neighborhood in it before they could treat the roads then put her back inside. Another day. They sure do look good in the snow.

Tracked down a bare spot on my headlight wire. I was blowin fuses left and right. By the way I'm extremely happy with my IPF headlight upgrades, if anyones else is considering them. Uses standard H4 bulbs I believe. relays mount right up on the fire wall, it comes out really clean if you get the whole kit from them. beats the hell outta the old sealed beam.

I used to live in Salt Lake, now I'm in Billings, MT. I have to say Rosie always looks better with 6in of fresh snow on her. she's my little snow piggy

Beautiful rig!

Can we see pics of the install?

Yankin the transfer case for a rebuild. Almost got the Fairey OD all apart so's I can get the tranny and tc apart. Leaving the tranny in the rig for this one. Seems like a pretty straight forward job... anything I should look out for?

bled the brakes a couple days ago, put the passenger side mirror on, and hooked up a 60 series alternator.

hooked up the battery and yard drove it w/ the kids. turned over second round of cranking after sitting for a couple of months to fix the exhaust leak and install the sixty series smog gear. Still need to tune it in, but it ran fine w/ all the new to it gear.:)now for smog testing.....

Installed a little rubber grommet around the drivers door lock to keep it from rattling me into insanity.

Talked to Beno on the phone, ordered the 80 series brake master cylinder. Picked up a pair of loaded Monte Carlo calipers, the rubber brake lines & banjo bolts...
