Took about 20 mins to install and wire. Just buy the Toyota connector from frys. The stock brackets from the oem unit screw right on. I'm also going to wire it to my 2 nd row flip down, so I can take out the vcr lol. It'll be nice to lay in my cot in the back and watch a movie haha

So your saying you used the single plug that plugged into the head unit which would mean the factory amp is still inline with new unit? Wonder if they make the male version of that plug to upgrade the amp and plug and play it with a stock head unIt?

Correct. I don't think they do, but there are some threads about upgrading the oem amp to a better one with the oem head unit.

I did the same thing in my 3rd gen 4Runner. Great upgrade. The back up camera is also a nice addition. I've added cameras to the front of trail rigs. Let's them do there own spotting I guess. Lol

new front O2 sensor....

Yep, this unit has provisions for a rear cam, I'm going to add one, especially now that I have dark tint

Adding a real reverse light made dark tint workable

Rear cams are for people that dont know how to use mirrors:flipoff2:

I have two led reverse lights on the top, but I still have to wire them. Also, my auto dimming rear view mirror is broken, so it's almost useless
