OEM Insulator engine hood instalation for my 73 series. It's pretty weird cause in South America (Colombia) never came with this just came with a couple of stickers related with the engine and the company used to assembled them.

Installed a set of Recsro seats in a HZJ73 without suspension bases . I think I blocked my memory of doing this in the past . The uneven seat mounts are a royal pita to deal with and it took way more time then I had hoped to spend on this but I am happy with the result .

Good lookin engine bay, Juan!

I wish l had an FE and not just an F...
I'm looking into the sniper kit for the 1FZ-F but having issues. Have you thought about converting your carb?

What model are those recaros?
They are a special order model in Europe for first responders , I don’t think they are available trough regular dealers . I bought 10 sets of these and am sold out for now but if there are enough people interested in them I might order another 10 sets as a group buy sometime this winter .

Interesting…they look like experts is what I thought, the color looks like a good match and threw me off.

I’m interested, at least to see what they would cost to get into as recaros are #1 on my list of seats.

This time I sold them for a 1000$ each because they came over in my container . Shipping a pallet of them here will cost a bit more but I want to keep the price as low as possible, I am 6.1 and these fit perfect for me .

I do think it an upgrade l would like to do. Just need to find the correct model. Currently looking for a 1fz-f headgasket kit. Everything l find is FE

You can get the headgasket kit from partsouq.

I'm tracking the right holley sniper is their EFI 2GC Large Bore, part #550-857, but it requires an adapter for the 1FZ-F that goes to a 1FZ manifold that seemingly Mosley Motors either didn't have, or didn't want to sell me.

I think I have another manifold adapter on the shelf that I ended up not using… when I get home I’ll take a look

Are they as comfortable as they look? I was planning on getting Scheelman for my 60 but I've heard mixed reviews. And those recarros have the under knee support that BMW seats have. It's a huge quality of life change.

I had Scheelmann Vario’s in my troopy in the past and I prefer these Recaro’s . Seats however are just like shoes , everyone has a different preference. These are great for tall people though

Replaced the broken inside cabin vents
