I moved the mount upwards or moved the hood more to the rear of the vehicle depending on how you want to picture it. Once the hood was lined up with the front of the front fenders it seemed to lower itself.Do you know what adjustments you made?
The 77 thought crankcase pulley #2 looked better here.

Thanks, man.Bummer, Brian. I replace all pulleys on these engines at this point in the game. They are all 25+ years old and have lived hard lives.
