Do you love near any rail tracks? Some of it looks like Rail Dust, if it is, there are specific ways to remove it.

Research the removal process and execute asap, it can cause some real damage if left unaddressed.

Some dust looks like rust or mold. Railroad and construction dust come to mind, so does volcanic ash.
It is better to remove it by using a damp cloth or by hosing it with water. It might be abrasive, and it might scratch the paint if removed with a dry cloth or a brush.

Would seem that it is 100% iron based. Because I live about 200 yards from the ocean, we get fog in the morning. I believe this is surface rust that's I impacting the paint. Comes off with iron remover.
May need to get my paint professionally corrected and waxed very heavily to protect the poor quality paint job that was done in Oman.
Nothing super exciting but I did get my door drain holes unplugged so my doors can stop filling up with water when it rains or I wash my KZJ 78. Which is good because I'm in Okinawa and it rains a fair amount with plenty of typhoon season left. I also picked up my Dobinsons suspension from the post office. Hopefully I can get it put on soon.
