The tricky part is swapping the needle without damaging the magnetic cup.

I replaced the broken speedo needle in my PZJ70 that was what appears to be a bad repair by a previous owner that failed a few weeks ago, leaving me without a needle to determine my speed. Not like I have to worry about breaking speed limits in it anyways but it still bugged the hell out of me.
Popping off the old broken one was a bit nerve-racking but it did come off and replacement went on easily.

Where did the new needle come from?
I need to do this soon
or two spoons placed opposite each other then even pressure on both at the same time. This tool with a piece of thick paper under it will make the removal easier. Just have to go slow and take your time as I did.

Weather change on Friday, what we were expecting on Thanksgiving Day, glad it held off a few hours.

The temp really dropped this a.m. 16 deg. F at sun-up, driver's door was frozen shut, had to climb through the back to start it up and warm it up enough to open it.

I got a similar one, but attached it to the back of armrest console. The front is obviously at an awkward angle.Thought i'd post this little fix.... if you want some cupholders quickly, just order a couple of these collapsable wall-mount guys, and use the cover as the base. Attach with double sided 3M tape and you're done. This setup has actually held up for a year now. Caveat: they won't hold your cup well on a very bumpy or uphill road. The pinchers can't contain a lot of weight being thrown around. But if you just want a cup of something on the way to work on a paved road, they do the job. Your drink will be up in your field of view a bit, but i don't mind.
