Why does he only show the back of a butt weld, but doesn't show the back of the lap weld. Isn't there going to be areas for moisture and salt to be captured?Lap or butt weld ?
This guy has a few thoughts..
I think in the second video he shows the lap weld back where the joint is facing upward ( or downward?)so water would be hard to get to?
