Alright guys, I don't think many of you have seen my 40. So here are some pics. I am 21, I have had my 40 since I was 16, and will have it forever. I'm posting because I just finished my h55f/split case install(has a 350), and put on stock widened wheels, powdercoated this dark grey slightly metallic color. It has arb's fr/rr, power steering, that MAF disc conv., MAF bumpers etc. Original Paint. carbon fiber qtr panels, homemade. Next on the list is rear discs w/ proportioning valve cuz those stinkin drums lock up so easily, bucket seats , and a full cage. Check it out! :bounce:

very clean build.
those wheels are pimp!

It is the 5 speed, and it is great. First gear is nice and low, and around town unless you are on a hill you can start and second. And, on the freeway it cruises 65-70 pretty comfortably. I am still undecided if it was worth the money, but it sure is cool! It is also a lot quieter, there is no tranny whine, which is really nice. The transmission is new, and the t-case is rebuilt.

looks great man!

How 'bout a shot from the front, I would like to see the bumper.

Great Job!

upside down aint cool, like wearing pants backwards or undoing one side of your overalls.
so not cool

Homeade carbon fiber qtr panels? Good thinkin! What'd that cost ya?
You got a skid plate in the works?
Is that a plastic snorkle? I'd reinforce it with a few steel sleeves slightly larger than the O.D. of the tube.
Looks like you put some time & $$$ into all those bolt ons.... Great job!
