For just an around town battery, I've had good luck with the wal-mart batteries. Best prices and they have a full replacement 3 year warranty available.

but wal mart.

Any particular size etc for a 100?

Costco - made by Interstate - no questions asked warranty from Costco - $75 ish.

Unfortunately we don't have a Costco in Asheville....but there is one in Greenville...not too far.

Looks like the same battery for both LCs.

New fuel Pump hoping to cure some stumbles/stalls

I swear James wasnt even here but somehow the last bolt to the mounting plate broke on reinstall. You know, The one that has the frame preventing access with an easy out or drill. Yay.

Torque wrench??

Nope. That wont fit in there either ha!

7/16" bolt head. Didnt even snug up and twisted off with little to no effort.

I asked myself WWJD? but i dont have the patience to pull the motor and rebuild it just for this one bolt. ;)

Well if he didnt add delivery to the to do list lol

Steve made me pull my new wix air filter.... something about bro rules but rice had a replcement on the shelf.

Started pulling down @Fort Knox 's truck as well. Frame is cracked/split in a few places it turns out :\

@GLTHFJ60 What did you do with the end of the exhaust on Jim's 80?

Cut off the resonator so the end is directing exhaust just behind the PS rear tire, that's about it. Jim has a few broken exhaust mounts so he's going to take it to an exhaust shop to have it fixed up.

As it turns out, wheeling the way I do takes a toll on a truck over a couple hundred thousand miles. Who knew?

The fact that they hold up to the kinds of abuse that they do is exactly why we like them. Drive it/fix it/abuse it repeat!

Weld her up and go do it again
