Between the huge new Ford and all the metal fab I think he is putting together a secret weapon for Moab:

Um did I recognize the guy with the mustache from Junkyard Wars?!? Wouldn't' be a stretch would it?

I thought it was part of a new trebuchet... With too many safety pins...
The word "safety" is generally only uttered in conjunction with the word "trebuchet" when it's preceded by "fearless, with a complete disregard for...".

ONSC will build one with the lumber remaining when Johnny doesn't need the ghetto bed on his tow rig.

Heck, put legs underneath it, and you have a deck when ya get the permanent bed built.

Gears and chromoly axles:hillbilly:

Have to do some gears on ours as well. One side slipping teeth pretty bad when Brent "feeds the horses".

Wrenching?? Not really, but here are some pics.

Picked up a couple squirrel fans. This one is a 220v 3/4 HP direct drive.

First is cleaning.

Well you know while you're in there...............

Ya. I gave this one to jason but found a 110V 1 HP to put in the garage and replace my 1/3 HP unit.

Keep an eye out for one for me as well!! I could use some more air flow in my garage. It gets stuffy in there. Even for ventilation when doing lots of grinding or welding.

Almost pulled the trigger on one of those ceiling mounted fans like @S4Cruiser has in his shop.

This may be easier done than said. My across-the-street neighbor fabs HVAC ductwork and tells me the installers used to bring him old units all the time, and that he can likely get some more. Will let him know we are interested in a 110V blower or two and see what happens.

@Roxx may have a few dozen sitting around as well. :D

I get and may have some down draft units pulled from stoves in remodel jobs.
They put out a fair amount of air.I will see what has been put up and offer out.

Johnny, any spot that you can cut vents high on the wall at ceiling on an exterior wall? You could insulate and cover during winter. That would more than likely help generate air flow giving warm air a path out. Mount a fan or two in one.

Yup, good call. There is a gable end vent at the peak of the exterior wall that's open to my garage. I've considered putting a fan up there but I was thinking that a fan closer to my level would be more effective.

Come and pick them up. 110 or 220.

An exhaust fan that is connected to your shop will remove the hot air and create an air flow. Fans at shop level are a must for my shop. Just run both.

Air flow good
Hot as *** bad

:)
