Hey @DesertFlyFish, this sounds like good fun and will definitely show. Additionally, I might be able to convince my SO to join me if you bring yours. I’m sure they’ll along well and find non cruisers things to discussThe Serial Grillers in Midtown/central Tucson moved to a larger location on Speedway that includes more parking. The new location is HERE. In the spirit of trying to move the monthly meet around to accommodate a wide dispersal of Cruiserheads, how about we convene at this location at 6:30 pm on Wednesday, January 29? With enough advance commitment, we might consider calling ahead (I'd be willing) and let the restaurant know we're coming.

In my relatively new/limited interactions with this group, I haven't sensed a high level of urgency to conduct our meetings in a more formal or organized fashion. Is this mostly what folks would prefer going forward?
"More formal and organized" could mean having meeting agendas, officers (and, perhaps, a treasury), taking minutes, approving annual calendars, holding events, etc. I'm kind of indifferent about this and generally enjoy the informality of our get-togethers, but wanted to check with others.
If we can maintain some momentum with our monthly gatherings and add a few trips, then we might have cause to let the Phoenix folks they can update this page: Tucson Meeting Locations. No rush. Just worth noting.
@ARJMN are you going to be thereGood morning, SEAZ Cruiserheads!
I'm writing to remind everyone that we're scheduled to gather this evening at 6:30 pm at the Serial Grillers in Midtown/central Tucson. The restaurant recently moved to a larger location on Speedway that includes more parking. The new location is HERE. If folks can arrive early to get prime parking and check into group seating inside, that would be awesome. I'm planning to call the restaurant today and ask if they will reserve seating for 8-12 (?), but there's no guarantee that they'll be willing to do so.
@mtn biker @wildling @Wilma83 @yotadude520 @OverLand Cruisers @ollanik @GeoEng @db2nsoaz @DesertRatBryan @Garrissey @D_Web @Lc80series --hope y'all can make it!
All others welcome too! Bring spouses, significant others, kids, etc. Serial Grillers is a pretty family-friendly joint.
Cheers,
J
If you ever need I will volunteer my oldest (12&1/2) to babysitI won’t be making the meetup. Just a lot with 3 toddlers and the baby to get out right near bed time and a lot to ask of my spouse to do it alone.. up for future easy-ish day trip? I could take 3 then. Maybe even the baby.
Long table in tap roomDo we have a corner?? I’m a bit late..
