Montana Mountain ROTM belongs to @Classic95 but I'll be there attending. I'll also be at the meeting on Friday. Love the idea of a Flagstaff meeting in May.

Some quick minutes from the CSC Meeting last night;

• 9 Club Members in attendance,
• 1× brand-spanking new Lexus, 6-7× 80-series, 1× 40-series, a built Taco, and a red Hyundai... was it even part of our group?

1. No new members in attendance - We did make contact with a guy who saw the LandCruisers in the parking lot and came over to tell a tale of ownership. Colorful guy with some interesting Toyotas over the years, and one of our group gve him a CSC card. Maybe he'll show up here.

2. Run Reports - Recent trip to Smiley Rock was covered including someone taking damage to an exhaust system (*who will remain nameless to protect the innocent!). Impromptu camping up in Young area took place last weekend as a last minute trip for @Saddletramp & @verruckt1 . I gave a report on the Saddleback Recreation Area Range Tour last Saturday; check the above link for a Post-Run report with pics.

3. Upcoming Runs - today as I post this (Sat, Apr19) a run of Montana Mountain is underway and hopeful those guys are having a great time in the cool higher elevations!

4. May Meeting Plans - Flagstaff was mentioned as a destination meeting next month with the possibility of an overnight camping spot up near Lake Mary or similar, not to coincide with Overland Expo. More details to come on that.

5. There was talk about a summer swap meet, but we all pretty much agreed that we just end up dragging other people's stuff home with us. If there's interest, post a reply or new thread!

At this point, rain started to fall a bit heavier and Club Members started leaving. Good turnout for a rainy and windy night and a few of us huddled between vehicles for warmth and ongoing conversation (*thanks, @Highway Romping !). When the rain really started coming down, a round of quick good-byes and handshakes all around ended the meeting.
