@Izzyandsue used some Rescue Tape to fix a leaky line this weekend. It got me thinking FiberFix, which I think would be a good addition to any toolbox, but especially in your rig.

fiberfix is awesome.... never put it on anything you would want to take it off of though... it never comes off
Isn't that the stuff you mix in water for constipation?
If you mixed that with water and ate it it would most likely cause you to be constipated..... mixed with a side of death
Marketing types need to do a better job, some of us foggies will think fiberfix is better than fibercon and boom, there goes the weasel.
Two things:
1. When you buy a house, ask your inspector to check all the hinge screws on all the doors for stripped heads, then either ask for money or for them to fix it. I'm replacing door hardware on all 23 interior doors and most of the 5 exteriors. I'd say it averages that 3 of 6 on each hinge are stripped out or already broken off. And there's a healthy mix of 1/2" to 2" screws that were used by the PO of 34 years. He must have used a corded drill without a clutch when he decided to screw me over. Same guy who built the deck with a step up from right at the sunroom door threshold. Some of you have seen that. I've stopped having my tall friends over. Who am I kidding...I don't have any friends. Seriously, it's taking 30-45 minutes PER DOOR to resolve this crap just with the hinges. I'm starting to think it would've been better to replace all the doors so I'd only have to deal with 3 screws per hinge, but I don't have @jamesurq 's wallet.
2. What is the preferred brand of screw extractors amongst y'all? I have broken, worn out or lost most of the countless sets I've owned.

Followup... I finally put the new chain vice to use. My mother's significant other asked me to repair a tiller handle that had ripped out welds (and made of only 18 ga steel). I bent a couple extra large washers and burned them in.
The vice was awesome. I doubt I will find a ton of uses for it but at least now we're up to one use.

Bought a 6" drill press type vise for my Rockwell so I can properly clamp a fzj80 pitman arm to be reamed out with a new tre taper. This is why drill presses are awesome, the ability to drill nice straight holes 
Small addition, found the little pump oiler at the flea market for $8, no rust inside or out. Cleaned it up and filled with tap magic and now we're ready for business

I really thought that would happen first too, but time is such that she needs to be used before restored.
Hopefully by the winter things will slow down enough that I can pull it apart to do a proper restore.
