Seriously beautiful work! I even dig the look of the brushed steel. I wish there was a way to keep that look too! Everything from the attention to the curves on the grill and then again on the fenders. Pretty amazing!

I appreciate all the kind words and the interest in the V2 bumpers.
Just a quick heads up. I have one week after this Sunday when Tony and Cole pick up and then I'll be away for the next 16 days. I have to go settle some things in WY on the house there and then head to Texas to help my father a bit with the ranch. Since my grandmother passed a few months back it's been in limbo and need to help decide on some future plans.
When I get back I have 15 rear bumpers and 4 fronts that have deposits or paid in full that have priority. So, a front build for me is 2-3 days now and a rear pending arm attachments is 3-4 days. This also does NOT include the R&D for the Gen2- 200 for Cole on the hidden winch and front bumper design, which will be 2 weeks at a 50% workweek .
SO, rough math (NOT INCLUDING all website orders and 5 other spoken for build slots for various other projects) if an order was placed today I'm about 12-14 weeks out right now on a turnaround.
I'll be releasing my new 80 and 100 series bumpers in the next 60 days as well and well... you know how those guys buy things.
I'm talking to a few of you now, but want to give everyone a best case scenario for turnaround time. It's just Andrea and I and I will continue to keep it that way.
Once again a special thanks to Tony for his continued loyalty and support and Cole as well for the upcoming projects.

Rears were sent in on Monday and the front was picked up yesterday morning. No genie, just proper service..... When everything is working correctly.

That’s awesome. When I had my Tundra rear bumper built, it took 2 weeks at powdercoat. Something about being backed up. Must be nice!
Are these front and rear bumbpers available for order? and do you have photos with the finished bumpers on it?

Front bumper for the Gen2- 200 is not yet made. @indycole will be coming back in for a hidden winch mount in a few weeks and that's when I will design and make that front.
Rear bumper is available to order now. After last night and today I had 4 more orders come in so ballpark is about 15 weeks now.

My only suggestion is to move the outer most sensor holes to the rear of each side. By having them on the outer curve the stock sensor cable doesn’t reach. I had my cable extended 8” so I could reach the holes and connect the sensors. Just so others are aware if they try to connect the cable...

With my internal design that would mean bringing the end ones inboard almost 10" from where they are now/ or 1.5" inside the tow points. They entire wing end is side and cross braced and can't get a sensor in there and if you could it would weaken the stiffening structure for the spindle/ swing arm.
So, either delete the outers, move them inward to a point they are uber redundant or extend the harness. All the bumpers will come with a crimp on harness extension, if I don't install them.
IIRC, since yours is a non arm style I didn't put any of that bracing in.

What do you guys who have non-black vehicles do for the sensors? Do you buy replacement black ones? Paint yours with black rustoleum or plastidip?
Wondering if the headlight washers will fit the new front bumper. If not I'll live without them. I grabbed one with my fingers and pulled it outward by hand today and it doesn't seem that complicated. It looks like it's just a slot in the bumper and it's held on by one bolt, but I can't tell if it's held onto the bumper or onto the body. If it's the bumper it seems like worst case would be a single screw. I'm assuming it's actually the body and therefore the body/bumper flex would break it. Anyone know?
