Yes. Long story short, the world's biggest automaker already has enough parts and resources on the shelf to build a top notch sports/super car without any outside help, the top dog at Toyota claims to be a 'car' guy, they have the formidable Supra name, they talk about it for 20 years, then they actually spend the money to do it and swing and miss SO bad. You can't make it up. I so wish I could have heard the development conversations. Probably the same people who thought that a cheap roof rack and a $20 old style Land Cruiser badge on a 200 series would make that barge relevant to the original Land Cruisers.
Its a shame toyota doesn't make their own performance chassis anymore and a shame they seem to have killed their working relationship with Yamaha who fine tuned just about every toyota performance engine from the 2000GT to the MKIV supra.
Toyota owns a large chunk FHI which is the parent company of Subaru. So I can see the FRS. Still don't like it.
The new supra is hideous to look at and hideous to even call a Toyota lol.

Has anyone else had issues with using mud on their phone? I've noticed recently, if I'm typing a message and have to delete character cause of a mistake it removes my keyboard and ends up opening another thread that is where my backspace button is!

I have an issue when hitting return to start a new paragraph. I hit it twice, the cursor moves down 2 spaces but doesn't auto capitalize. If I delete that first letter it takes me back up one space. Lather. Rinse. Repeat.
I'm also getting a "cookies" box each time I switch back to an open MUD page. Used to have to hit the X to close it once. Now it's 4 times to get it to close. iPhone SE2020. Newest IOS update 3 days ago but the problems predate that update. Meh, I guess we could check the HELP forum. I still miss the MUD app.

Oh at work I use the computer... It's when I'm on mud and driving or wasting time somewhere.. I don't need to look at my phone any longer than I already do, and now MUD makes it worse by removing my keyboard when I try to correct a mistakeMaybe work harder?

Tacoma World you say. How does one join this extravagantly butt hurt (quoting Stan on another thread) society of polite rule followers? I should join, post a few things and then use your photo to try and sell them. Maybe I’m a smarty pants too. Maybe I will, God forbid, get banned too.

They probably have a larger crew of douche bags they have to deal with so clamp down on rules. . . I guess like me.
Tacoma or 4runner forums/Facebook groups are stacked full with douchenozzles. I'm not surprised they have to be a little strict. FJ Cruiser groups are similar, but I have hope they'll get better as people migrate to newer platforms and the people left are true enthusiasts.
Every forum has a Karen, or flocks or Karens, who's existence is mainly to make life difficult for others and ignore common sense. Give a private a clipboard, and he becomes a field marshal.

Close to the beginning of Covid the Fed was backing forgivable loans to small businesses. Most of the money, sometimes millions to EACH recipient went to bigger business. I applied, got turned down. The Catholic church got one. Now I am seeing that the Fed is now pushing grants for minority owned businesses. No go for me again.
The white privilege thing is really not working out all that well for me. Thank God I have been saving and investing all along.

That's what my Dad called taking ownership of your future. If left to government, there are no guarantees. Along those lines, I expect to see little to zero from my many years paid into SS for monies I could be otherwise saving and investing for a decent rate of return. Ugh.

Did they give you a reason for the application being turned down? Just out of curiosity, knowing what you do, but obviously not knowing all of the specifics, how has the COVID pandemic impacted your business? I swear I'm not asking to be a smartass at all. I just honestly don't know. The company I work for.....we are a software/hardware engineering business that directly supports sports on television. Obviously, COVID pretty much shut us down for several months. For you, the impact isn't as obvious to me, but I definitely could be just not thinking of something. I mean.....I know that if folks' jobs are impacted, they are less likely to spend money on luxury items, like modified Land Cruisers, so I get that, but I kind of assumed you generally have customer projects lined up all the time. Has the shutdown taken away a chunk of your active, paying business?
Parts supplies have slowed. Suppliers and warehouses are not at capacity. I know I've been waiting on a part from the motherland since March. The vendor blames slow post office and slow customs among other things.
