I too vote for the Adventure Tool Company Shop Roll. I have the shop roll, two tool pouches and one of their waxed canvas blankets. Each item is awesome and holds a bunch and the blanket is great for getting under the cruiser and not getting really dirty.

Took my eyes off the road for 2 seconds and nailed a decent size rock going about 30... definitely not the duratracs fault. Fixed the 1" gash in the side wall and it held air for the next 2 days through the rest of lockhart basin and elephant hill. Having the ATC tool roll made the fix that much easier

Thread successfully derailed lol

I have a Kennedy 5x6x12 tool box with all of the necessary cruiser tools and it is Toyota red and I paid $12.00 for it, the snap on tools in the box are about $600 +

My GF bought me this tool set for my bday (at my strong suggestion; ~$30 after typical Harbor Freight coupons). Fits perfectly in the foot area behind in front of the 3rd row seats. Tools inside don’t rattle or and the toolbox doesn’t slide about. Should be good for emergencies, although I’m sure the long term quality is in line with its price.

Bucket Boss roll going on 4 years, Ernst socket holder, some Blue Ridge pouches. All my tools, all fits in the Snow Peak CarryAll. Fits perfectly behind the drivers seat, easy to access.

Do those have internal stiffening? They look neat opened up, but do they only hold their shape if they're packed full with the original kit?

No stiffeners. when full of my tools it still collapses and I stuff it in a tub.
