Hi Guys,

Haven't been on in awhile. We have around 70 of these in stock.
We have test fitted them on both the 100 Series and the LX 470. The 470 needs some sheet metal trimming under the head lights is all.

Will the LX470 fitting issue be addressed in the next production batch?

My guess is no they will not build a separate bumper for the LX when a little trimming is all that’s needed.

This bumper is meant to fit both LC and LX minus some very minor trimming.

I am guessing the metal that needs trimming is the support that runs across the full width of the front fascia. '03 LC have that?

Yes, 03-07 have the same front fascia/under grill support

Now looking at hosers photo, my 99' LC doesn't have that long trim all the way across, just a tab under each headlight

Used a hammer on mine, FWIW, but it did take pretty quickly..

Lol I don't get what you're suggesting

Yes sir, ran the two wires for the TJM fogs to the factory fog light wires and then the third wire you splice into the factory turn signal power wire.

@470SNC - I'm rigging the lights on my T17 and have a few questions that you might be able help me (and probably others) out with...

1) The TJM installation instructions reference 3 wires (wht + brn + ylo) to be spliced to the "indicator/park light". The fixture I received from TJM has none of those color wires. From your description, am I right in presuming that yours does not either? Also, the instructions refer to LED lights and, again, mine are not - are yours?

2) The supplied TJM fixture has only 2 wires associated with the turn signal/marker light (red + black), but the factory light has 3 wires (grn + blk/wht + grn/ylo) to make it function as either a turn signal or a marker light. Did you connect only the factory turn signal power wire to the TJM turn signal/marker light so that it works only as a turn signal? If so, which factory wire?

3) You mention running two wires for the TJM fogs to the factory fog wires...which 2 did you run and which TJM wire did you connect to which factory wire? (my TJM fixture has grn + blk wires associated with the fogs, and red/blk + wht/blk factory wires)

I appreciate any answers and further details on your set-up that you are able to provide...Cheers/Carter

@Carter2, the TJM light fixture should have three wires: positive (power) and negative (ground) for the fog light and a third positive (power) wire for the turn signal. I connected the power and ground for the the fog light directly to the factory fog light harness (you can trace the wires to the fog light part of the TJM assembly). The third wire for the turn signal power i spliced directly above into the factory turn signal harness above. Hope this helps.

@470SNC...yes, I got the same 3-wire connector that plugs into the light fixture. Wired as you've described, does your TJM amber light only function as a turn signal and not as a "marker" light?

@Carter2 correct, amber light functions only as a turn signal and not constant on unless you wire into DRL harness.

...and that would require an additional wire/circuit that the light provided does not have. Thus my comment that the wiring instructions do not correlate with the light fixture supplied (also, it is not an LED as described in the instructions). Perhaps TJM is supplying the wrong light?

Its the right fixture, not sure why they call it a LED fixture. The wiring diagram is right just the colors are wrong, you just need to figure out the colors once you pop the turn signal out. It took a little figuring out but I got mine to work. In my avatar photo, the ambers are only on because it was with the hazards on.

Unless I am misinterpreting the TJM instructions, the amber light should function as a turn signal ("indicator") AND as a running/parking ("parker") light, which requires a 3-wire connection (as the factory amber light is wired).
