I replaced the bulbs that TJM provided with new LED bulbs in the housing. One of those includes a resistor so no need to add a resistor separately and they are very bright.
Nice!

I haven't don't the final bolts yet because I think I too am going to cut for a better fit.

Would you mind sharing your replacement bulb info?

The important thing is that you get the PY21W bulb with the BAU15S. That is not what TJM will tell you but they are wrong. Note, these are bright but no hyper flash.

Where on the bumper were you thinking of using the Rigid pods? I don’t recall the exact dimensions of the holes I filled with these lights (shown in photo) but I’m pretty sure the Rigid lights would not fit well there. Also, if you’re planning on running a winch there’s not much room in the face of the bumper for lights as well. Flush mount lights really felt like the only option to me (As seen in the photo). i ground down a bit on the lights cooling fins to get them to fit without cutting into the bumper, though I had to drill and tap bolt holes for the lights.

Can you tell me which lights these are? I’m looking for some that fit those middle open slots of the bumper.

Been almost couple yrs now... Pretty Happy w/ the TJM Bumper. No issues.
For FOG's, the Baja Design S2 Fog lights fit almost perfect in the lower holes. Just a small bit of grinding needed, but it places the lights at the right height for functional Fogs. No problem using the on the streets. (plus I wanted to keep the upper holes open, for hand access to the Winch controls, etc)
