I thought your rack was for a 60/62. If so, not sure if it will fit up in an 80. Would be worth checking into. JohnI've got one of these I made with kevin when he did his first few, it's up for sale if you or anyone wants it. No shelf, just a basic tire carrier that will accept a 35" - 37" tire.
I was thinking that the fender intrusion on a 60/62 is minimal, so it stays close to the wall on those, but on an 80 with the wider fenders, it would take up a lot of extra wasted space without the advantage of the shelf. JohnMy rack was made to work in anything with a flat surface and toyota bed corrugation spacing.. It was in my pickup before I sold it and worked just as good in my 62 before trading it.It will probably go in my van, and my tercel when I get one, and my 80 when I reach Tools age..

When "The Man" realizes by finally looking at a report that said employee has already earned 148% of his pay at the first of October, he realized that someone needs a break and someone has vacation that has to be used or it is lost by the end of the year. There is a new policy that all vacation is encouraged to be used each year and "nobody" shall let the vacation go.
